Amazing hotel in a great location We stayed here in July 2021. We had a beautiful view of the harbour. Our room was very clean and spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is great. You can walk to many attractions. We highly recommend this hotel!

Clean and good service Very nice hotel - service was excellent and room was immaculate and modern. Super comfortable King size bed and great shower. Free bottled water was a nice bonus perk. Daughter stayed on pull out couch and said it was comfortable. Only down side is location: if you walk west, it’s nice but east led to some sketchy areas that I would avoid.

Wonderful Wonderful experience right from check in to check out. The front desk and concierge were extremely friendly and helpful. Gave a small little goodie bag for my son's birthday. Well appointed rooms, excellent location, super clean. Competetive prices. Highly recommended

No customer service. Great place if you have no issues. Front Office Manager, Amber, does not support her front line or make good on her promises to resolve your issue. Wrecked the experience. Overcharged and underserviced.

Family quick trip We stayed here 2 nights and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. Especially Henry at front desk and Donne at Concierge. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Vancouver! It was really convenient to walk to Robson Street and the Waterfront.
