Great service! Kiti recepcionist is great! He offered an update for free! Very friendly. The room was very comfortable, nice views and great location to visit the city. The hotel has a nice terrace and it’s close to nice restaurants and different facilities.

Amazing vacations Hotel Parker is a really good hotel if you want to stay in down town. Is really close to the beach and it offer a rooftop bar & restaurant with amazing views, all the personal were really nice with us, but we should mention Daniel the receptionist, he took special care for us and made or vacation more confortable, such a great profesional. The hotel is 5/5 really good we would repit.

Excellent location, but … The location is excellent. The staff are welcoming, friendly, efficient and helpful. The Rooftop Bar is great and the servers are friendly and welcoming. But, our room has a defective shower: not enough water and not enough pressure. We let the staff know twice. Nothing changed. They said they’d let maintenance know. But, nothing changed. We did not have a decent shower. I know, I know: it’s not the end of the world or perhaps as they say “a First World problem,” but when you’re on vacation, you hope to avoid these problems. I’d definitely stay there again (if we were assured we’d get a working shower).

Kiti at the front desk was amazing. Kiti gave the best service I have ever received at a hotel. He went out of his way to make my experience what I needed it to be. I have never been treated with such respect from someone in the service industry. I most definitely will be back and highly recommend the Parker hotel in downtown Vancouver.

5 stars as usual I’ve been staying here for years! Long before it became the Parker. If you’ve stayed in Vancouver before you know there are generally 2 options: pay huge rates or give up some amenities. Not here - the price is always very good and you get all the services - secure parking, Fantastic location, big rooms with comfy beds, fridge and clean bathrooms. The rooftop lounge is lovely! But the best part for me has been the staff. So friendly and accommodating! Everyone is wonderful but Kiti stands out for me. Always a smile on his face, knowledgeable about the city and honestly seems to care about you having the best stay possible. I’m my opinion; anyone can offer you a room. The staff here make your experience awesome! Thank you and see you soon!!
