Lovely stay! My two friends and I spent two nights here celebrating our 65th birthdays. We were taken care of by friendly, fun, and professional staff at every turn from housekeeping, waitstaff, and front desk. The room was clean, and everything worked as it should. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location but very expensive for an average hotel The location is absolutely smashing. But for this price i would have expected a newer and up to date hotel. The room was okish but pretty small. The restaurant was very empty in the evening and with no table cloths also felt somewhat sterile.

Short stay on site I wanted to stay on Granville Island and the only hotel there was this one. I decided to take it and don’t regret it. It was convenient and comfortable to have a short walk back to the hotel after looking around and shopping at the market.

A lovely stay in a great location A great stay in the "big city". The Granville Island Hotel is located just slightly out of the hustle and bustle of the city. Granville Island has a variety of interesting businesses and shops, all within walking distance. Then, when you're ready to head to a concert venue, it's a quick Uber to get to theatres and venues, without having to worry about parking or traffic. Highly recommended of us "country mouse" seniors. Cheers!

Granville Island gem We fell in love with Granville Island 15 years ago so what better way to visit again than staying on the island! Granville Island Hotel is a vacation all to itself. How special to be able to stay on the island and enjoy the convenience of walking to any venue the island has to offer from your hotel.
