A great Gem and Find!!! Great stay! Beautiful corner suite! In the middle of everything; shopping, dining and fun experiences. Friendly staff and great in-house restaurant! Will most definitely stay here again on our next visit! A great find for an out of country getaway! _

Weekend in downtown Vancouver was very beautiful for mom as we celebrated her prebirthday getaway This hotel is very classic and feels very European. The staff was extremely kind and helpful . They were very responsive to our requests Room was clean and very comfortable I would not hesitate to go back There was a complimentary bottle of wine for my mom as we were celebrating her prebday.

Great location. Comfortable room. This hotel is beautiful and clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable.Bottled water , coffee and teas were all provided in the room. Located close to Canada Place and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our walk around the area and felt safe even at night. And to top it..staffs were all friendly specially the front desk personnel. We'll definitely go back and tell our friends and family where to stay in Vancouver.

Welcoming Kind efficient staff that are certainly ready to help when needed. A great location, close to popular downtown shopping. We had a decent room and free amenities. (Water, tea, coffee). Be sure to make sure your room door latches shut, give it a good tug.

Top Notch! We stay in this hotel quite regularly when we have to go to Vancouver from Whistler tor events or appointments. We love the location, the ambiance, the staff and the Alouette restaurant. This visit was for a two day weekend stay to celebrate my wife’s birthday. It was super special and we enjoyed the hospitality the hotel staff provide. Special mention to receptionist Jenny, who was courteous, friendly, efficient, accommodating and added a special touch to the birthday celebration! We have stayed in many Vancouver hotels over the years, but this one is tops and we will be back!
