Perfect hotel for family or buisness travel Perfect service and room super comfortable. The localisation is perfect you can walk to go everywhere. The employee really take care of the customer. I recommend this hotel if you visit Vancouver. I never had any issue when I slept at this hotel

Nice and clean Very welcoming staff, the room is clean, quiet, and spacious. The location of the hotel is walkable to shopping mall, restaurants, clubs, movie theater, park, and safe parking garage. It is nearby to water front

Excellent Stay The staff were fantastic from check-in to checkout. Anything we needed was addressed promptly, and they were happy to help with tips for exploring Vancouver. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed both. Highly recommend!

Stylish downtown hotel. L'Hermitage is a terrific small hotel. Stylish, well-kept, good location and their staff have always been exceptional. It's our go-to hotel for trips to Vancouver (and having Cafe Medina right downstairs is an added bonus).

Wonderful visit! Great staff especially the bell person - all were friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect - we walked to Rogers Arena for a concert and to the ferry to Granville Island - four blocks and eight blocks respectively. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend if you want to be central to the east side of the city towards Rogers Arena vs. Stanley Park.
