Great hotel for families, except for the pool area. The location was excellent. Very comfortable rooms. The hot tub was tiny and only fit 6 adults. The pool was big, but it was so cold that kids were crying. The lobby restaurant made my son the most delicious burger. They really need to fix the pool situation.

Perfection ! The service is fantastic house keeping specially but also at the front desk or restaurant. The location is so good. Every attractions, restaurants or shopping are next to the hotel. One of the best value ever. Highly recommended, the hotel to be !

great service Pros: Easiest check in/out experience, friendly staff, and rooms cleaned daily ,great customer service. Booked online and staff quickly responded to and accommodated our room request. Nice area, close to sea wall to walk dog. worth the stay Only cons were pool/hot tub temp fluctuations each day, and a packed full restaurant and bar (may have been holiday related?)

Good location and clean rooms but bad service and overpriced Good location and clean rooms but bad service and overpriced. There's a damage deposit of 50 cad. Just be aware. Every time I book a hotel I go to its spa. Quite bad this one. No sauna (that's the only reason i go to spa) just pool and hot tub with ton of chlorine. If you regularly work out, you would like their gym.

Nice time in Vancouver The downtown location was good and we walked everywhere. We had access to the subway. The hotel was clean and the service was very good. The staff was very accommodating, though I didn’t use the pool it looked nice and well kept as did the gym. I recommend.
