Views and costumer services are the best Room was all I need to relax! Please make sure you upgrade for higher floor is worth to see the beautiful ocean views just breathtaking.. bed and pillows are insanely comfortable special thanks to Bella in the front desk , she was so professional and helpful, she answered all my questions and give me the best recommendations.. her kindness make you feel special I will definitely back to stay at this location I had a fabulous visit

Lovely find in downtown Vancouver. Lovely find in downtown Vancouver. We arrived very early in the morning 9am, and prior to arrival had requested an early check in if possible. As this had been booked on Hotel.com, I received four automated messages about the check in procedure. Even though I asked to speak to a human. Upon arriving, the receptionist, checked the availability and there was a room available. Thank you Faranale. It made a short stay extremely pleasurable as we were then able to drop our bags, freshen up, head out to explore, come back, nap and out again for the evening. We would have been extremely tired and grumpy if we had to wait for the 4pm check in. So from both us, thank you Faranale.

Restless! We stayed at the hotel as part of the Canadian Train tour. Regrettably, it would not have been my choice because of renovations. The hotel was updating! The room was dark and the hallway had litter. The lobby was not clean. I did not have a restful night. Whew!!

Awful Awful accommodation. Dirty, musty smelling bedding and dated furniture. Broken curtains, dead indents in the room and broken bed settee. Kettle not working. Rubbish left in room. Poor customer service at the check in desk. No option of a room change. The lifts were very slow.

Cockroaches. Aweful experience Cockroaches in room. Chair broken. Paint peeling off walls. Black mold in bathroom. Complained and gave me a renovated room finally. Moody cleaning staff and elevator took forever to get to floors. Did not compensate at all for the poor quality of the room. Also the website pictures are misleading and does not give accurate account of the quality of the rooms. Front counter finally said that i should join loyalty program implying i would get better rooms.
