Great time! We had great service and attention to our needs. Made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. The location is very convenient for shops, restaurants and attractions would be staying here again on the next visit to Vancouver!

10 out of 10! Great customer service! This hotel knows customer service, 10 out of 10! From valet, to front desk, to room service, to food servers in their restaurants, their customer service exceeds your expectations! My one bedroom suite was gorgeous and had a great terrace with Downtown view. Don't hesitate to book.

A beautiful and flawless hotel in downtown Vancouver I stayed at Shangri-La Vancouver for one night to attend the funeral of my late mother who passed away recently. My stay was comfortable considering the purpose of my trip. From the minute of my arrival to the time I checked out, the hotel staffs were always friendly and helpful. I was impressed by the meticulous attention paid in every aspect of the hotel’s operation. The experience was flawless and buoyed 5-Star. I must congratulate the General Manager, Kate Martin for leading such a fantastic team of staff.

Amazing hotel in downtown Vancouver We stayed here in 2 rooms using Amex FHR and were amazed by the experience. From check in to checkout the hotel is tremendous. Staff were knowledgeable and beyond helpful. The rooms are fantastic quality - both our rooms were upgraded to executive suites from standard rooms, we were given early 12 noon check in and late checkout was offered, though not needed as we headed off on a cruise before noon. Breakfast is top quality though you must order one item from a limited menu as part of the FHR package - extra items are chargeable and at $35 per item please be aware. We are one dinner in Carlino and found the food to be top notch with great service and a nice setting - breakfast is also served in Carlino. Overall this is a top quality hotel and very much worth its 5 star rating. We would love to return when possible.

A brilliant girls’s weekend getaway spot Such amazing service, we spent 3 nights here and were so comfortable and well cared for the entire time. The turn down service and attention to guest needs was great. The location is terrific for exploring the city with tons of amazing restaurants nearby. We also had the chance to enjoy the spa and it was spectacular. Definitely would recommend.
