Great Location Very comfortable hotel in a great location. The views from our room were beautiful. We could walk to Gastown and other locations from the hotel. The information center and trips go from across the street. Very convenient for cruises. We have stayed here twice and been very happy with this hotel.

Excellent hotel, but the gold lounge was disappointing Absolutely beautiful hotel. The location cannot be better. On the waterfront and within walking distance to all the attractions. The staff is fantastic and very helpful. We stayed on the gold floor. I was disappointed that there were so many little kids in the gold lounge. The gold lounge is not very big and with little kids running around, it made the space feel even smaller. I also don’t think the snacks that are offered at the gold lounge are not meant to be kid-friendly so I was surprised to see so many families bringing their little ones to the gold lounge and allowing their kids to touch all the food and serving utensils. We pay extra to get that elevated level of luxury and having noisy children in the gold lounge just ruined the experience for me especially when I was wanting a break from my own kids at home and looking for some pampering. I would love to see the gold lounge become an adult-only space.

Outstanding Customer Service. Efficient, personable and attentive. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Every detail of my room was notices and serviced everyday, including making sure that I had enough decaf coffee and the bathroom amenities were refreshed. Consistent with this personal touch the staff greeted me by name, even the housekeepers in the hallway when I left in the morning. The food was excellent and I was very impressed that the food served in my room was hot and fresh.

Helpful hotel View from the room was breathtaking. Everyone was helpful and bellman were very knowledgeable in giving suggestio s for breakfast . Concierge also very helpful. Loved that they took luggage right to ship and I didn't have to carry them two blocks for cruise.

Clean and great location We stayed here for two nights prior to driving to Whistler. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the location was great for walking to dinner and area activities. The Skytrain is nearby as well and easy to catch to/from the airport. Would definitely stay here again!
