You can't beat the service! It's excellent! The Wedgewood Hotel is in a great location! It's an easy walk to the harbor and many great restaurants. The staff is excellent -- from the front desk to the concierge to housekeeping. We were delivered bottled water and fresh cookies late afternoon (soooo good) every day we were there! It's a beautiful place with first-class service!

The BEST of the BEST in Vancouver!! Exceptional, Immpecable Service the moment you enter this magical place, plus lovely rooms, and amenities right in the heart of Vancouver. Great Guest services beyond your expectations, and of course one never wants to leave Bacchus Lounge or Bacchus for an exquiste dining experience. This is truly one of the most beautiful places in an old world setting which is very special today in the contemporary world that is sometimes so cold and does not warm the heart and soul.

Our wedding weekend My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel over our wedding weekend and would recommend the Wedgewood to anyone we know staying in Vancouver. We also hosted a wedding welcome party the night before our wedding on the beautiful terrace at the Wedgewood. Mia and Corinne were a joy to work with and made our event run so smoothly. The staff, set up and the food was all top notch and all of our guests were beyond impressed. The service at this hotel was unlike anything we had ever experienced before, absolutely exceeded all expectations. We cannot wait to come back! Thank you for making our wedding weekend so special!

A hotel like no other with unmatched staff! So spoiled by the service and amenities at the Wedgewood that it’s hard to even fathom staying anywhere else when visiting Vancouver. Everything is clean and comfortable. From being greeted at you car with your bags immediately delivered to your room, to the friendly chit chat when checking out, their service cannot be beat. I face discrimination and judgement every where I go because of my disability, but that’s not the case here at all. One of the front desk staff, Ryan, even jumped in to save the day when he witnessed an Uber driver refuse to drive me to the airport because I have a service dog. He set me up with a different driver and made sure they had extra space and no issues for me and my dog to travel. Thank you for the incredible stay once again!

The best hotel we’ve stayed in in Canada This is the nicest hotel we have stayed on a four week visit to Canada. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location for the City Centre and tourist attractions. The hotel is clean and luxurious. We arrived very early and were kept up to date with our room being made ready
