BEWARE! Do not stay here! Let me start by saying the hotel did reduce my rate. I booked a 2 bedroom for 3 adults. We arrived and found neither room had the darkening curtains only sheers so at night the bright, parking lot lights would glare into the rooms. I spoke with management and they said, we may have some curtains let me check. Never heard back. We resorted to using large binder clips and hanging a blanket over the window each night so we could sleep. Next, the TV remote in one room didn't work. Spoke with management, was told we are changing remotes so we don't have anymore of those. So for the 4 days we were there, that TV was not used. In general, our room was dirty and not well maintained. The hotel overall was also not clean and not maintained. Lots of piled up trash and the coffee and tea service in the lobby was almost always empty at all times thru the day, I will never stay at that location again.

Best Western hotel stay We stayed at this hotel for a softball tournament my daughter was in. Online booking was easy. Unfortunately my room had a problem with our toilet. I called about it at least 3 different times during my stay of 5 days. Nobody ever came to fix it. I was told once to use the ice bucket to fill the tank up. That's what I had to do everytime the toilet was flushed. It was hard to get clean towels also. It wasn't like this was a cheap hotel, so I was disappointed in the service we received.

Best western This hotel was great very good breakfast waffle bar end everything. Pool and hot were great!! Rooms very clean and bed was comfortable. Next to shopping mall would stay at this hotel again but a little bit overpriced but it is summertime rates

visit Vancouver We have stayed here many times in the past. The staff are very pleasant and helpfull. Rooms are clean. Location is excellent for travelers and visitors. The indoor pool was great and not crowded. The breakfast was far from great but had enough to satisfy.

Best Western Vancouver Mall Enjoyed the friendly and staff and location close to the Vancouver Mall area. Access to the freeways was also a plus as we traveled in several directions around Washington and Oregon. Hotel was very clean and social distancing was respected by staff and guests.
