Good Location but needs a LOT OF WORK Good location,plenty of parking spaces.Large lobby with 3 access elevators.Large reception with fast and efficient check in.We had a room on the 5 th floor,very nice sea view,good size room ,bathrobes,toiletries .Good large balcony.Bed extra comfortable,good large shower.Carpet needs cleaning,a lot of stains. Breakfast pretty bad .... food and services...terrible.Dirty Tables,dirty cutlery,dirty glasses.dirty table clothes,dirty chair clothes,dirty walls,dirty coffee mugs,dirty dishes,...etc.You need a proper F&B MANAGER,and fast!!!I can understand when you are busy,but waiters talking between them with dirty tables around them?never in a 4 star.The table setting poor ,not appropriate at all,without any clue what type of service they were doing.Service on the bar very slow but somehow i understand why...the girl who served us never smiled,never asked you what you need,never said yes or no... In the restaurant,buffet well organized,good salads,good barbecue served daily(lunch and dinner).On our fist night i wanted a glass of win at dinner but,surprise,they could n `t give a glass because they had nothing clean.Plastic glasses in Hilton Hotels?Never! Good inside pool,clean and with proper temperature but very bad furbished Outside pools looked ok but it was too cold to use. Overall i would not recommend the property due to bad Restaurant and Bar service,inappropriate for a 4 star Hotel everywhere. The property need heavy cleaning on all levels and departments,human and service.

Great vacation! Quick check procedure. Room and bathroom clean, comfortable beds. Bathroom amenities good quality and replenish everyday. The meals were buffet and always refilled in time. Very professional and helpful staff. I recommend the Nirvana private beach and spa services.

Just ok! We were a family of 5 so had 2 adjoining rooms. Positives - comfy beds and pillows Comfy sun beds 24 bar if wanted Location good Negatives - air con dreadful all over hotel, especially rooms Food, was ok for breakfast and lunch but we went out every night as was so repetitive and not a relaxing experience, tables not cleared and had to reset yourself. Service - dreadful, they just don’t have enough staff, don’t expect a drink to be brought to you in the restaurant. There were 2 members of staff that really tried hard and they were Stan and Veronica on the bars. There was one particular bar man that was very rude and even refused to give us glasses as he said they were left on tables......he actually expected guests to clear own tables?! Housekeeping - worst ever had, often came back to no towels and some days didn’t even make beds, toiletries never replaced. Pool towels - hotel do provide but recommend you take your own as they are very small and threadbare. Bus service to beach was regular and good but don’t forget your voucher for sunbed or you will be charged. If you are a sun worshiper ask for room not overlooking pool as hotel blocks sun from 4pm so need to sit on balcony if want after this time. In short this hotel is very dated and needs a total overhaul, staff definitely need training in customer service have never met such rude people. I wouldn’t return to this hotel as it is and would suggest you only go if really cheap deal and eat out.

excellent hotel We stayed for a month at this hotel. The staff were all very polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, if we asked for anything the staff were always happy to help. Ertan Dogu (the manager) went above and beyond the call of duty, to make our stay as pleasent as possible. We would not hesitate in recommending this hotel.

Average! The hotel it’s self was an ok hotel with comfortable beds. The only problems we had was there was limited food options when it came to meal times (but there was always bread and chips)as well as sometimes been left without clean towels but after a quick conversation with the receptionist they soon sorted out some towels for us.Overall I had a good holiday and really enjoyed the beach.I am a firm believer in “you get what you pay for”.
