CLOSE TO Canada's Wonderland. Best newly renovated rooms 4th floor modern.very new deco vibe...close to Canada's Wonderland 6min.staff Jeffy was very courteous. Made this stay .Highly recommend you ask for this floor.5*. Very comfy beds...great shower.Room service while we were at Canada's Wonderland.

Housekeeping staff the best Stayed here to attend my cousin’s wedding. Hotel is busy with people attending events so lobby quite crowded with groups. Staff were all nice but shoutout to the ever so friendly Housekeeping team and Houseman/maintenance guy i forgot his name. Thank you to the friendly Filipina who set up our rollaway bed, they attended to all our needs with pretty smiles. Theyre so friendly, welcoming and helpful. No room upgrade available for a ALL gold member so we stayed in an old outdated room. However its clean and a big room. Heated indoor pool is great, otherwise not much to do aside from the shop across the road (but not really that close to walk). Its a huge shopping centre with huge carpark so it will take you about 20 minutes walk from the hotel (crossing a busy big road as well). We decided to rent a car as taxi/uber quite expensive and nothing else close by from the hotel.

Greatly appreciated I stayed for 2 night it was a 5 star hotel with 5 stars experience comfortable and nice clean rooms I loved it so much not a single issue I can point out I’m very very happy worth my money thank you. Can’t wait to go back and stay with them again. Loved it

Feel like home Novotel Hotel truly makes you feel at home. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. At the reception, Rishika's genuine smile and warm hospitality are outstanding. The rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy, with thoughtful amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, close to key attractions yet peaceful. The on-site dining options are delicious and cater to all tastes. The hotel also offers excellent facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center and top-notch spa services. Overall, Novtil Hotel provides a home-away-from-home experience, perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!

Never again Terrible experience. Staff were nice and friendly but I shall never return. Room very tired. Could use some paint, for starters! 2 paper cups for the room. More like a cheap motel! But, $600 for 2 nights. Pool looks nice but we didn’t get to use it.
