Exceptional Service The front staff were very accommodating and patient, even during the hectic check out times. Miguel and Frank were especially awesome. They helped me change rooms super fast and when I was having credit card issues, did all that they could to help me.

The gist of my experience is the roof. The roof garden where I ate the excellent food while enjoying the magical view. This is the best hotel I’ve ever been at, everything was fantastic the staff was super kind and helpful. The room was really big at a great price and the view was Venice beach and overall I had a super great time at this hotel. Τhe breakfast was excellent and plenty of choices the hotel seems small but it’s giant it also has a roof garden that I preferred to go in the sunset also it has food and drinks there. The overall experience was fantastic. I personally want to thank my friend Frank because I broke my ankle and couldn’t arrive the correct date so I went a week later, I thought that because of the accident we would be in a not good room but every room was fantastic and also he put us in a better room than the planned one that had better view. Venice Beach If you want to be near Venice Beach and enjoy the ability to walk or bike the sites, this is a fantastic location. Venice Beach is a challenge for parking on a good day This hotel does have the benefit of on-site parking but it is valet only and runs about $50 a day. The rooftop bar is quite popular among locals and tourists, so Go early if you want a seat. The hotel amenities are worth the extra daily fee $40 particularly access to things like free bikes and gear for the water as well as everything from basketballs to volleyballs.

Best location in Venice Frank and Desiree were wonderful and personable and very very accommodating especially our luggage the day we left to hold onto them for a few hours so we didn't have to lug everything around Venice. Must stay with the greatest location just don't expect to use the elevator much cause the rooftop ALWAYS has ppl coming and going constantly

Excellent hotel in fantastic location We visited for my brother’s wedding and stayed here for a week. We had a suite which for the three of us was a great size and we are glad we chose it. The facilities are excellent, towels for beach, balls, bikes etc. All staff were very helpful and friendly and really care about you having a good time they really make you feel welcome. We enjoyed the breakfast, I appreciated the fresh fruit, granola and yoghurt and pancakes a favourite for my son. Excellent coffee not rubbish stuff you often get with hotels. Loved the roof terrace, very accommodating, we turned up with about 11 other family members one day and we got seated and well looked after for drinks and snacks, it became a favourite spot for glass or two. Its location is perfect, so close to the beach, lots of nice places nearby and brilliant base to visit downtown LA, Universal, Santa Monica and the Venice canals a must. My only issue was being woken up in middle of night one night with I assume an uber eats driver looking for Billy which wasn’t me and until I opened door he kept knocking saying food order for billy when he saw I wasn’t billy he went. Just got back to bed then got called by assume reception to ask did we want our food order, she apologised when explained I’d already been woken once. I do appreciate must be hard for hotel if people order and don’t tell reception but I don’t think people should be able to access rooms to knock doors so perhaps hotel could consider if guests are to be allowed to order food delivery they should have to tell reception first to avoid this in future, just a suggestion. It didn’t ruin our stay but was annoying. The security is very good there and you can’t get to rooms without pass normally. That was a minor issue everything else was spot on and next time we visit my brother we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
