Perfect day Perfect environment, great treatment from Juan and Regina ! Thanks I would definitely come back , the food was so delicious , all drink were amazing Would definitely come here every time I got the chance, thanks a lot for all the team ! Great experience!

Great for kids. My kids and I love staying in this hotel, there’s nothing more I love more than a clean facility and this one always exceeds my expectations. The beach access from the pool is great, the kids love the pool area. We love the morning buffet, food has always been good. Staff has always been helpful and friendly. The only reason I don’t give this hotel 5 starts is because to me the spa is a big part of the relaxing time I should be experiencing with my stay. I payed over $120 plus tip for a massage and the service wasn’t that great. The masseuse didn’t seem to be very into her job, I could also tell she was on the phone texting while massaging me. I found it very unpleasant and tacky for the cost of the massage. I will definitely always stay there because I love staying there. But I will never use their spa services again.

The hotel staff was very pleasant My husband and I stayed at Grand Fiesta Americana in Veracruz recently and were treated like royalty. Everyone working at the hotel was extremely eager to accommodate us in any way. Some of those who were exceptional were Alan, at the front desk; Eduardo at the pool; Jesus Aguilar and Simon in the restaurant and one of our housekeepers also. We also enjoyed seeing the locals come out in the evening and walk, ride or roller blade on the boulevard.

karaoke It was really good. With the servers: pilar hernández, itzel contreras and juan maldonado. they were really nice and they treat us super nice and everything was xcellent in the hotel. they love everything

A real Fiesta. We went to eat at the restaurant inside Fiesta Americana and let me tell you, it was a great experience Mr. Juan Maldonado was very friendly and helpful, He was always making sure we had everything we need and on Sundays they have an all you can eat buffet and they have steaks, seafood and sides, they even gave us a cup of wine, very very satisfied with the food and the service, I will definitely come back to this restaurant.
