Rooms are Nice but Poorly Lit The hotel rooms are spacious and clean but lighting is poor. Rooms were apparently built as individual cells with plenty of electrical outlets but no light fixtures, save for the bathroom Thus, the only lighting in the room is a single upright lamp placed between and behind two chairs. No bedside lights, no work area lighting. Here for work. Very slow internet connection. I skipped the casino and food experiences. Oh, and be prepared for a slow check-in.

Upgrade The Place or Close it Down It's like stepping into a 30 years old hotel that hasn't had anything to into since it was built. It may be more than 30 years. The rooms are large and the bed is comfortable. The AC worked fine. That's the positives. The room is very dated. Carpet is old and the lowest grade. Furniture, decor, bathroom, and everything else is in serious need of an update. No USB plugs, a simple fix would do it, but Gural hasn't put a penny into the place. If you aren't going to fix it up, close the place down. Terribly disappointing after spending a night in Tioga and Batavia recently, similar venues.

Needs some work Stayed here for one night while going to the casino. Definitely needs some attention. The vent in the bathroom was absolutely filthy. Also, did not notice it until the morning of check out but we had a plastic bag taped over the smoke detector. Pretty sure that is a big fire code violation. After bringing it to the manager's attention all they had to say was "Thank you for letting us know". Wow. Casino is nice but do yourself a favor and book a room somewhere else.

Horrible Do not come here, the casino floor was lacking, had terrible payout, the food downstairs was horrible and overpriced. I didn’t get a wink of sleep due to the sounds of race cars outside, 24/7. Even at 3 in the morning they were going, along with doors opening and shutting in the hallway, paired with the incredibly thin walls it was almost echoed. I was repeatedly scared half to death thinking someone had gotten into my room. Plus, the pillows were disgusting and covered in brown muck, and the entire place reeked of smoke and feces. I would not stay here again, if they paid me to do it.

don't bother don't waste your time!! worst payouts of any casino in the state!!every time i go in, everybody!! is complaining about losing. they let machines get up to 150,000 without paying them out!!!!! worst casino in the state
