Go elsewhere. Worst Marriott we have stayed at Do not stay here. The staff are rude and unprofessional. We were allowed 2 bath towels for the entire stay for our family (not even 1 towel per person) and no shampoo, conditioner, or soap because they were out. Breakfast was pre-packaged food that two women had to hand you. Could not even get coffee and tea on your own. Staff just kept saying they were “independently owned” and that was why this Marriott is so different than any other we have stayed at. We were not even allowed to cancel our reservation when we were told of the restrictions. Go somewhere else.

Awful experience My family and I were driving from VT to western NY to visit family. We booked this hotel through the hotels.com app and stopped to check in after midnight (with an exhausted small child), only to have the front desk attendant tell us our reservation would not be honored. Apparently they had no rooms available except a king suite. She would not put our family in the king suite because the rate was higher than the hotel would be paid through hotels.com (we had booked a queen room). So instead of showing compassion for a family struggling with an upset kid, she chose to save Marriott $50 and sent us packing. Mind you the reservation was prepaid and non-refundable so we had to track down and pay for another hotel with availability at 12:30am AND fight hotels.com for a refund of the $175 we paid to NOT stay at this hotel. The Fairfield down the street is less expensive, nicer, and much friendlier.

Great stay! Some prior reviews (and lack of them) made me somewhat skeptical, but we had a great stay. Easy to get to from i90, friendly service, clean rooms and quiet during our stay. Good bedding and air quality led to a decent night’s sleep. Older property with larger guest rooms. Properly was renovated and updated. I thought they handled corona virus concerns well enough. Coffee with Grab and go bags for breakfast, and newer Dunkin’ across the lot were helpful. Other than the casino, there’s not much in the area so plan accordingly, especially if looking for meals after a long drive. There is a sports pub/restaurant next door. Will stay here again.

Girls night out The hotel was very close Turning Stone Casino. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. Was a little disappointed with the pool. It looked bigger in the pictures.

Great stay. No real complaints! It was a great one night stay. The only things that bothered me was the breakfast. Yes, there were lots of hot options but I chose an English muffin. It was rock hard before toasting. But hey, this is a hotel, not a restuarant. The bed was comfortable and the King room was huge with lots of space for office work. Will return maybe to hit the casino which they have a shuttle to.
