Really Nice hotel, friendly staff, our 2nd visit Lovely stay here. Comforable beds,very clean. Recommend to upgrade to the Deluxe 1 bedroom suite- worth paying more for larger suite, balcony, wetbar. Delicious breakfast & Vista18 on the 18th floor. Close walk to the inner harbour too. They have a water bottle fill station.

Will return Excellent location (Harbour, Legislature, Fisherman's Wharf), very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable suite, clean, quiet, well appointed, secure parking and hotel access, outstanding restaurant (Vista 18). Walkable to many sites in downtown Victoria.

Well-appointed hotel near the harbour Lovely hotel set conveniently near the harbour. The service was excellent from the check-in to the restaurant. Our room was a corner suite with kitchenette and a fabulous view. The bed was very comfortable and the Nespresso helped start the day. Breakfast at Vista 18– the restaurant on the top floor— was delicious! Must go there to enjoy the views. We shared the artichoke spinach Benny topped with beet chips & the Surf n turf Benny with braised beef & grilled prawns. Starbucks is across the street & my favorite Silk Road Teas is a short walk. We were able to charge our EV overnight for our drive up island. Highly recommend Chateau Victoria!

Spacious room in good location Spacious and modern clean room with good facilities, tea and coffee making. Great location, quiet area but just a 5 minute walk from quayside and main restaurants. Parking available at the hotel at $20 per day. Short distance from lovely park walk.

Perfect location! Our family has stayed at Chateau Victoria Hotel twice now...and we LOVE it. The location is key. It is in a perfect spot downtown, you can easily walk down to the harbour or just around the downtown to shop or look at touristy stuff. The BC Museum is super close, and we spent hours there, it was wonderful! The room we had was awesome, with a separate bedroom and a little kitchen (sink, fridge, microwave, a few dishes and cutlery, etc.) and a table, it made eating in the room really easy. A little living room with a couch and a chair made a great spot to sit at the end of our days. A beautiful lobby and very helpful staff were there all the time. It is just an EXCELLENT place all around. It is worth the extra money, you save it by not having to drive and the stress of being in a city you don't know just goes away! We will be coming back to stay again!
