Location is Great This hotel is close to many of the tourist spots in Victoria and within walking distance to many waterfront attractions.

Can't wait to do it again Room was clean the people were nice . Food was Great. The bathroom room was small but clean. Tv was good. Weather was great too. Walking distance to most everything we wanted to see. Can't wait to come back. Because it was across from the ferry.

Rooms do not have air-conditioning. No outside breeze ever finds its way in. The hotel has many positives but with no air-conditioning in the room (lobby and hallways have air-conditioning) it can be absolutely brutal. Sleeping was fitful at best It was over 30 degrees at midnight on 3 nights and never less than 27 degrees, ever. There was a nice breeze outside every night, but that is where it stayed. No breeze ever made it into the room.

Demand changes right away if not satisfied The staff here are incredible. Too bad about the actual hotel. They didn't let us know about the construction prior to check in. Location is excellent. Be sure to ask to be away from ontop of the bar.

Stay here. Very clean room. Very large room for the price. Excellent front desk service. Close to all amenities. Right on the harbour. Would stay here again. Asked for a quiet room on the residential side facing away from the restaurant before I checked in. I was kindly accommodated and given a fantastic room.
