The Best Victoria Has The Grand is in a great location, rooms are large and clean. The Courtyard Lounge is a great place to have a few appetizers and drinks in the middle of the Day. Staff are super friendly, views are great. It's a great girls getaway!!!

Excellent Hotel The hotel is spotlessly clean and follows Covid protocols thoroughly. It has a fresh well-maintained feeling. The room had a beautiful harbour view. Beds very comfortable. A mini fridge is a nice extra to find in a hotel room. Bathroom was clean and amenities provided are very nice. The parking lot has a complimentary EV charger which was an excellent bonus to recharge our vehicle. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious and the servers very friendly and attentive. Housekeeping staff were very obliging to our requests and promptly brought clean towels and coffee supplies. We accidentally left a package as we were checking out and staff turned it in to their lost and found. We were very appreciative of their honesty and they helped arrange for it to be shipped to our home. All in all one of the best hotels we have stayed at.

Friendly staff not so clean rooms We visited this beautiful hotel for a weekend away. Then staff was accommodating and friendly. We were disappointed in the state of our room. Upon check in we were informed that due to lack of cleaning staff our room wouldn’t be cleaned during our staff. We are capable of tidying up after ourselves and make our own bed so we weren’t too concerned. Once in our room, we found clothes that the previous guests had left behind, an unknown substance smeared all over the white head board and the tub would not drain. My husband took the drain apart and cleaned it. _ We did mention this all when we checked out. Beautiful hotel, hoping that the cleaning part can be figured out for next guests.

Front desk unacceptable behavior As a senior lady traveling alone the way I was treated at check in was shocking. Never have I been spoken to or treated in such a condescending and hurtful way. I was in tears. He seemed to get pleasure from causing me as much stress as possible. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

GRAND Met at check in,told staff our problem with 96 year old Aunt,who could not stay at her place due to extreme heat,they got us 2 rooms and saved my aunt from extreme heat exhaustion,and got a good nights rest,great meal at your hotel and met her and our needs,Thanks to your staff listening to our problem and solving it.
