WILL NEVER GO BACK Rosalie at front desk verbally disrespected my husband. Tried to flirt with him while I was at pool and when he rejected her she refused him to have a "free water gift" that was intended for IHG members (which we are). She then escalated the situation and called the cops on him for stealing the free water gift. Horrible way to treat a guest or a black man in general. We were then kicked out and had the cops come to ensure we left within 1 hour .........for taking a free water. Tried complaining to management for months and never got a response. Disgusting behavior and we will never return.

nice nice new bathroom i liked the tile and the shower. tho the shower head needed cleaned out. great room and the girl at the desk was super friendly and helpful. easy parking near the 15. i was surprised at no free breakfast but i got free coffee

No room despite reservation At the end of a dark driveway and far from anything but a few fast food joints, this hotel is dingy and shows its age. We didn't have a chance to confirm that the room was overpriced because they were overbooked - without notifying us, the hotel cancelled the reservation we had made a week earlier and confirmed the night before, sending us away at 11:30 p.m. IHG membership made no difference, and when we contacted Corporate, they told us the local hotel would reach out to us - which of course they didn't. Sounds like a problem property - don't risk it!

No free breakfast and microwave in room This is the 1st Holiday Inn that does not serve free breakfast. Also there is no microware in the room. This is like Marriott Courtyard. You have to pay for you breakfast. Close to highway. The place is clean and quiet.

Many Problems. Terrible Hotel Room and hotel have an unpleasant smell. Something was loose on the building and banging against my window all night. Reported it the next morning. They did not fix it, another night of banging noise. Reported again, not fixed so changed rooms. After first night in new room housekeeping did not change the sheets or even make the bed! See picture. On site restaurant is terrible. Limited food choices and none of them are any good. Bartenders not friendly. No quality restaurants within walking distance. Won't stay here again and suggest you don't either.
