Oasis in the desert Nice hotel close to several fast food places and with large rooms. The room was clean, with new furniture and not worn out like many of the box-chain hotels in smaller towns. The breakfast looked basic but was hot. Check-in was easy. A nice basic hotel in Victorville with lots of room if you are traveling with kids. My only complaint. About 11:30 PM there was some really loud music next to me. The walls are pretty thin but the hotel wasn't that busy. About 15 minutes later it stopped, so no big deal. But it did make me think if the hotel was busy, you could probably hear everything in the rooms around you.

A Pleasant Surprise This hotel was a real pleasant surprise. My wife and I were going to Victorville to meet up with her sister who was staying at this hotel. When we went to book and saw the low rate, we were concerned about the quality of the place but decided that we could deal with almost anything for just one night. Boy! Were we surprised! The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was good sized and had better lighting than many of the Marriott properties we usually stay in. The morning breakfast was also better than some of our hotel provided breakfasts. The location was also great as it was freeway close (but no noise) and very near a large number of restaurants. The room seemed to have been freshly painted. There were also very adequate towels in the bathroom. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable room and beds and great ac Our trip was a last minute trip for business and the hotel and staff were great. Comfortable beds and great air conditioning and a nice loud enough TV for our senior ears. We would stay here again which is huge because we travel all the time for work and my husband is so picky! :-)

Clean and comfortable stay We spent a night here on our road trip. We booked the family suite, which has two queen beds, and one room and a king in the other. The room was very spacious and clean. The one downside is that the walls were quite thin, and we did hear the commotion in lobby, front, and hallway. Overall, positive experience.

Too pricy for what it is. Bad customer service at night. Wouldn’t stay there again. I took my family to a winter vacation place, and we decided to spend a couple of nights at this hotel because of the location. Since it is a Comfort Suites, we felt confident it would be a positive experience. However, since our arrival, we got negatives to our very basic requests such as having a king size bed room instead of a two queen bed room, getting extra comforters for cushioning the pack and play that didn’t come with a mattress, or getting house keeping service for our room (I actually had to take out the garbage myself and get fresh towels). The room was ok, breakfast was fine. It was just the attitude towards us making these simple requests.
