Dirty Pleasant staff but tired and dirty facility. Multiple large stains on the carpet, floors along the baseboards in the halls and rooms have a noticeable white layer of dust. And the best one, I left with multiple flea bites. The hotel manager was kind enough to offer points, but they really need to clean the place.

Okay easy to get to Came for a business meeting and overall it’s good. Staff helpful and room clean . Easy access from Dulles. They had a shuttle. Problems are the Fitness facility has broken down equipment. Restaurant choices are limited and food over cooked. Metro not immediately next door so if raining have to taxi/Uber and traffic is bad. Okay place

Great hospitality! I’ve had occasion to stay frequently in this area while in the process of relocating for work - both by myself and with the family. And we keep returning to the Sheraton time and time again due to the outstanding hospitality of the front desk staff, notably Naresh who has gone out of his way to make us feel welcome with many kind gestures over multiple stays. The property is not the newest around, and there are limited eating options but it’s rare to get such great service any more so we are happy to keep returning. It’s location and value are excellent - short walk from Spring Hill Metro, convenient dining options steps from the lobby, even a Walmart to buy whatever you need. It does have a good sized pool that is indoors.....which is pretty unique in this area as we have tried almost every Marriott property around by now!

Lovely look but needs attention! I love this place, but it needs serious attention! My safe is broken, they have send ppl for over 2 hours, 2 days in a row. 2 people have already asked me what's in the safe lol. The phone is also weird, When you pick it up to call the front desk and they answer it keeps ringing after and then someone else answers so you're on the phone would 2 people. Lol it's quite annoying! It's such a huge room, and it's a very nice gym and lobby, you would think they could get it together for the namesake at least. I mean its extremely unprofessional to keep asking what's in the safe lol. I will say it's the most convenient location because tons of food options and a walmart are about 20 steps away! So that makes up for it. The maids are super nice, but the maids supervisor is not nice and quite rude.

Ok but limited restaurant This hotel is ok in price near costly Tysons Corner VA. But the food options are very limited: a Starbucks and light food bar. Rooms and function areas are clean but look like they're ready for removation soon.
