Comfort Suites

Convenient location. Near many places to eat. Right off Rt 41. We were disappointed in the fact that the only ice machine was on first floor. Our room door had to be slammed to get it to latch. I didn’t like doing that ad it would disturb neighbors. We did not eat breakfast there either morning so I can’t give a review on the food. Our air conditioning worked great to cool the room but at night we used only the fan which ran continuously. My hubby did not like the mattress but I did. To each their own taste.

Nasty dirty I have had to stay here for work and it is nasty I had a blood stain on my comfort and they tried to tell it wasn't but is I'll leave a pic below and the tile in the bathroom and entrance way you could tell had not been mopped and the bathroom had hair everywhere and the shower was nasty as well looked like it had not been cleaned in good while many of my coworkers have had the same and much worse I wouldn't never take my family there or recommend this place

Within 6 months there will be major issues with this hotel. The door lock was finally fixed after four tries. Then the bolt but not work. The room carpets and hallways had not been shampooed in a long time. The shower had mold on the inside and rust on the outside. The entrance to the shower head black fingerprints on the wall. It elevator had not been cleaned in a long time. The track also had not been cleaned out for the rollers. The.manager refused to ride with me to the second floor.The front office perfect was black. There was a chair that kind of front desk that had a stain on it. The front desk clerk would not give me a final bill saying that the printer did not work behind the desk or the one in the lobby. AJ tried to help with the door. Pam made great breakfasts! They manager refused to give me a 20% discount. I suspect that's why the desk did not give me a final bill. The back door was held open by a rock so anyone at night could come into the building. It appears that no one is walking around and checking this good night. Someone was smoking on the second floor in the desk clerk refused to do anything about it. Who would whoever was smoking must have disconnected the non-central smoke alarm. There was no closures on doors that would close when the fire alarms were set off. Stairways had not been clean or stains removed for a long time.

Always a good stay My girlfriend came to town for a weekend of basketball at Vincennes University. The people at the front desk were nice and respectful. Our room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfy. We didn't partake of any of the breakfast items except coffee, but it looked like a nice variety of items. The price was definetly affordable and cheaper than most hotels in town. Would definetly stay again!

Excellent hotel at a great price Very clean hotel at a fantastic price! Family of 5 stayed here 1 night while traveling through. Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows, quiet with the fan on and very safe. Well lit. Excellent hot breakfast! No where near the area could come close to this price.
