Over-rated and dirty Expected a better experience, with at least more assistance from the staff. Our vehicle had a cargo box on the roof, which meant that it wouldn't fit into the garage across the way, and there was no room in the parking lot in front of the hotel. Granted, once spot is taken up by a broken golf cart, and I suppose I could have parked in front of it, but opted to park in a public garage down the street that could accommodate the height of our vehicle. It was worth the $55 to keep it off of the street. Lobby was not clean, elevators looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Definitely did not feel like I was in a hotel that I paid money to stay in. Bathroom had mold and grime, walls in bedroom were bubbled by moisture from behind, and were oozing something colorful. Not sure how they are able to use the Ramada/Wyndham names with such a low level of cleanliness. Positives - close to the beach and boardwalk; easy to get to. Cons - dirty, run-down looking, expensive for just the view

This hotel do not make things clear during booking reservation. I made a phone a call for reservation and the place I booked for was not what I was given. I then requested for cancellation and no one was ready to help. I have to make phone calls to the merchant myself…. And later send email to the hotel manger whiles staffs could assist me with that. Customer service is Zero! I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Do not stay here! The rooms were so dirty, there were dirt piles in the corners. There was a dirty feather from a bird in the carpet in our room. It looks it had not been cleaned. The sheets were dirty looking too and just looked thrown together. I didn’t even get to spend the night in the room because I had no parking spot. I had to phone a friend at midnight when I returned to the hotel to see if I could stay with her. It was awful. The workers are rude and don’t care or help you. Do not waste your money like I did.

Meeting Expectations Great Location on the beach, rooms were clean and it was exactly how I expected everything to be. Price was affordable and we were treated very well. Setting on the balcony watching the ocean was a the perfect way to end the day after touring the area all day.

Bugs were in the room!!! The the first night we seen bugs. Just killed it. Paid it no mind. Then for the remainder of the stay. The bugs were in the bed on the walls. We told the front desk they showed no care or concerns about it. Said the manager will be in in the morning. Came morning no manager. At checkout time we ask the front desk man to come to the room to see them. He did. He was texting the manager about them. Said they were going to get exterminator to come out. Waited for the manager he never came. The front desk man said that the manager said he was going to give us a refund. That was very rude. The manager should have spoke with us about the matter. This has been going on since June 30th 2024. Everytime I call the manager is not in. Or call back in 2 hours. Never spoke with anyone about this matter. Very unprofessional and feel like the issue was not handled properly. It's not fair to my family. Our trip was ruined by this hotel. I paid over $1000 for this hotel to be treated that way. They promise me something to just get me out there face. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to a rat.
