No listening to the customers and average. We stayed for four days and three nights, I was in the room when the housekeeping person went around and she passed our room as I was in it, yet I noticed this and called customer service twice to have the housekeeping person come and clean the room but they never did. The bed sheets and pillows were never changed or organized. I called them twice telling them to send someone to change the bed sheets but nobody did. They changed the room next to us and not our room.

Nice ocean view; not so good breakfast Finding a place to park the car to check in was not so easy. However, the front desk staff were very, very nice. The elevator lobby reeked of pot. It was disgusting and not a place to take children! The only pool, an indoor pool, looked gross. The water was cloudy—AFTER it had been closed previously for cleaning. Yeah, that didn’t seem to work. All rooms have an ocean view—nice. However, our room had not been updated for decades. Not nice and the bed was not comfortable. It was not the cleanest place either. Oh, and the included breakfast—not good. They served it from 5:30 to 9:00 am. Who gets up at 5:30 while at the beach? Seems like everyone arrived at the end of breakfast and the food was mostly picked over and not good. Will we go back? NO.

Don’t do it. Cockroaches ✅ Mold ✅ Pool so gross you can’t swim in it ✅ Housekeeping didn’t replace any towels or come clean ✅ I wouldn’t recommend this at all. The reviews were decent on Priceline and I don’t know how. I will definitely look at other places in the future before booking.

Nice. Good value. May 2024. Rm 415. If you,ve ever stayed at Country inns before, I would say on par with others. I rate the hotel 7/10... value, not luxury , but my stay a 9/10 Pro. -Good location... at mid point of boardwalk, close to everything -breakfast standard...eggs, sausage, waffle machine -room good, clean, somewhat updated...except shower -staff super good, friendly Cons. 1. Shower Water (low) pressure... I can urinate faster, 2.bed sagging, needs replacement Overall, good value for money. Average hotel, this is an older hotel, but rooms clean...mix of tile and carpet on floor, pictures (2024) seem accurate Fyi... In flight path so a couple of fighter jets every hour from 10to 5. They are loud....not the hotel's fault, but just saying. I would stay again if on a budget.... If you have extra money and want luxury, look at the Marriott and Embassy .on 40th street.....I have not stayed there but they appear to be new .... I believe any south of 40th street are older, renovated??? hotels

Good Hotel/Friendly Staff This place was a nice simple hotel right on the beach. The staff was great and very friendly. Our rooms were very clean. If you nitpick every little thing in a hotel you would probably find something wrong with them. This hotel had a few small defects but overall a good stay. The beds were comfortable, the ac worked (95degrees 1 day), the shower was hot and the free breakfast was plentiful. Not much more needed to say. We are going back in August to visit our son in the USCG so we will be staying here again.
