Great gym and pool and customer service! I have stayed here many times and always enjoy the gym (which has a peloton and a spa) and the huge pool, this time my flight got delayed and Ivenia and Tyler were able to help me adjust our shuttle time and check out time to accommodate. Thank you!

Better Experience needed Terrible housekeeping. Restaurant staff horrible. Normally a better experience. Staff was good could improve. Front desk staff didn't inform us amenities or check out times. Very disappointed. Will think twice before coming back. Training needed

Great staff! When I approached the front desk I was greeted by Ivenia and I have to say she was the nicest and most professional receptionist I have ever encountered. She was very polite and engaging. She helped resolve my issue quickly and was helpful. I would definitely recommend The Founder’s Inn.

We will return! Beautiful clean resort, comfy rooms, great pools and fitness room. Outdoor pool is very large, has a fun water slide for all, and a gradual entry for the wee swimmers. Hot tub is under repair, but don’t need it so much in summer. Very relaxing and close to the award-winning, 175-acre Norfolk Botanical Garden and Chrysler Museum, also in Norfolk. The Garden was awesome, as is the Chrysler Museum. Suggest goose and duck patrol dogs to encourage them to relocate.

Pleasant stay Ivenia was excellent at the front desk and was very welcoming for our stay. All the staff were great as a matter of fact. Omelette Chef was perfect! It would be nice if you all could make/offer breakfast burritos as well. Pools were great for little ones and they have actual life guards.
