Go somewhere else to eat! Hotel is clean, check in was excellent, but restaurant experience was terrible mainly because service and management were lacking. Watched other tables receive excellent service while our waiter ignored us and management did nothing to correct the issue after speaking with them!

Great stay!!! Great trip! Stayed here for 4 nights….Even though the Hurricane created rain for half our trip. Location is great! Catch31 FABULOUS ….food and drinks up to par!! Bar atmosphere is great! Love Lauren… thank you making me wonderful lemon drops martinis and having a fantastic personality!! People like you keep us coming back! You won’t be disappointed staying here!!

VA beach hotel with a view We stayed here as a last minute trip/stay checked in on a Monday. The hotel lobby is nice and welcoming. We booked a two double bed guest room (1714). The bathroom is extremely small and dated, the ends are very short and small. Less than a full size bed. The pillows are twin size pillows and smelled like cigarettes. The partial ocean view is nice and the balcony is big enough to sit down and enjoy the view of the boardwalk. We had dinner at Catch 31 and the food is dinner quality. The tab for two adults and one child was $168. Temperature of food is wrong, the risotto was more like cheese rice and the raw bar dishes were to laugh at. As HHM Gold we requested a complimentary late check out and was offered at 12, the excuse was the high occupancy of the hotel. The hotel is not at capacity. Lastly the swimming pool area is a nightmare. Dirty floors, children running and screaming around, no space to sit and relax, old furniture with run down cushions, no one at the pool bar to provide service. We found fake eyelashes floating on the pool water and overall a horrible space. Whoever is managing this hotel needs to find a new job. Hospitality is not their career.

Great location, nice view. Fantastic view, we order breakfast which was delicious, has lunch there everything tasted delicious. I love the decorations of the room, it felt like I was on a cruise, bed was super comfy, the only thing we didn’t like was that the bathroom floor has some dusty stain, front desk told us that was because the guess would leave sand all over the room, they try to clean but the sand and the salt of the water would make it hard to remove ….. Great location. Good food. Love the launch area.

Great location but outdated The location is great but the hotel is outdated. The carpet definitely should be replaced. The bed and pillows are old. The bathroom is dated. We managed. The restaurant lunch was great. Good fast service and the food was delicious. There is a fee for parking. The sky bar had a good atmosphere but the music was all rap no variety. Did not stay long.
