Never Return With summer standard rates for late August weekend in excess of $400 per night, you would expect a clean room. Not this place... What can I say good...early check in allowed and the decor is updated. That is where it ends. The room had a pungent musty/smoky smell. Hair found in the and shower walls. Dirt/sand on the floor. Sticky residue on the TV remote. Restaurant only had one cook if you didn't want the breakfast buffet, therefore it was a 20 - 30 minute wait despite many empty tables. Holiday Inn, you can do better.

Great staff, family friendly and clean!! Great hotel, great staff. Very clean and family friendly. Highly recommend. The location is perfect, the view is amazing and the restaurant is affordable but delicious! Best burger I’ve probably had! The restaurant is high class but affordable. The rooms were clean and spacious. I really don’t have anything negative to say. The valets were absolutely the best! Keive, Brian and Clark were so helpful with helping us find a parking spot and even recommending places to eat! Highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay! This has got to be the friendliest hotel I've ever stayed at! We had to wait about 20 minutes before our room was ready, but we got compensated by having TWO free breakfasts! Our room was cleaned daily, which seems to be a rarity these days. Everyone who worked there was all smiles and was very happy to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Recent Vacay to VB The GOOD - The room was very nice, bed comfy, not much noise from rooms above or below. View of the beach from the balcony was gorgeous. The BAD - Every day we had to message the front desk for toilet paper and coffee even though the cleaning staff came in and brought fresh towels and emptied the trash. Or last day there we decided to have breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby. We elected not to have the buffet breakfast and instead each ordered an omelette. IT took almost 20 minutes for the breakfast to arrive and both omelettes were over cooked, brown and very tough. They were quite obviously under-staffed as there was only one waiter for the entire restaurant. Overall we would recommend this place. It is close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and the beach.

Highly Recommend and A++ Customer Service We booked several rooms for a family visit and the customer service was A++. Linda at the front desk was so helpful and attentive . Rooms were clean and spacious and you cannot beat the location as it is right on the beach/boardwalk. We ate breakfast twice and the food was hot and fresh.
