Worst hotel to ever exist in Virginia Beach First of all, the hotel and rooms had a smelly odor and were not clean, the floors were disgusting and dirty/there was no dining table, the elevator took a long time to work and would often get stuck resulting fire fighters coming to save you. The air conditioning was extremely loud and the walls were extremely thin so we could hear the people next to us. I don’t know why this place considers themselves “Smoking free” because the balcony smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom towels and couches had a lot of stains. Overall I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Terrible experience and I will never comeback.

Marjac Nightmares FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! It looks beautiful from the online pictures but once you get there....it's bad. The locks are all broken, door handles are jiggly, beds are hard as a rock, balcony is questionable, the elevator is terrible and super hot, parking sucks, smell is bad, and there's so much more I could list. They don't offer refunds if you get there and decide it's not the place for you. You're essentially stuck there unless you want to lose your money and leave. ONE car per room (not multi-family friendly). Stairwell is falling apart. Housekeeping is lacking. Never gave us towels, blankets, sheets, standing water in the stairwells to slip on, pee stains on mattresses, human urine inside stairwell, exposed insulation, broken sheetrock, outlets falling out of walls, upsidedown faucets, dirty walls, etc. The ONLY positives are the night guy is super nice and the view is nice, but that's it. I will NEVER recommend this place nor will I ever stay here again no matter how cheap it is. Felt really unsafe here. Pay the extra $100-$200 to stay elsewhere. To top it off, their terribly small, weird elevator broke down with people in it so we had to carry all of our stuff from the 7th floor to the bottom by the 11am checkout time. Nobody to help out either. So handicapped people above the 1st floor were stranded for who knows how long. I will put this review on every single website I can. We tried to get some sort of refund THE DAY we got there because of how disgusted we were, but management refused to work with us even after we contaced our booking website. The nice night guy gave us a room that wasn't completely falling apart..but we had to switch rooms twice. The no smoking policy isn't enforced and the pool is tiny. I can assure you... the 10/10 reviews are either paid or management creating accounts to boost ratings. See my pictures, you'll understand why we were so disgusted.

Great stay! I recently spent a week at this incredible property in Virginia Beach, and I can't say enough good things about it! The oceanfront rooms with private balconies were the highlight of my stay. Waking up to stunning views of the ocean and spotting dolphins early in the morning was simply magical. The staff here truly go above and beyond. The front desk and housekeeping teams were exceptional, ensuring I had an amazing stay from start to finish. Their warm hospitality made a big difference. If you're planning a trip to VA Beach, I highly recommend this hotel. And trust me, the views from the higher levels are absolutely breathtaking!

Best hotel at the beach! I had the best stay I've had in a while. The newly renovated rooms are the best. The bathrooms were probably the best to take pictures in and had awesome hot water. On top of everything the front desk staff was great! I will for sure be coming back to stay here!!!

Do not stay here! Roaches will be your room mate. The worst place I've ever stayed in. Roaches head the summary, along with terrible smells, dirty, unfriendly staff, no HBO or ESPN, barely could get a regular channel. I will never pre-pay for a hotel again. Don't stay here. The only thing they have going for them was the view.
