NEVER STAY HERE! Nasty location! Don't be fooled by photos online. We had a room with stained carpet, damaged furniture, yellow urine looking stains on curtains, sewer backed up in shower when husband was taking a shower and it took 2 days for them to repair. Very poorly managed hotel. Sewer smells in hallways. Horrible facility!!!

To expensive for what you get Daily resort fee for parking and wifi. Wifi is very slow and it doesn’t even cover they entire room. TV is not in HD…. And that in 2024. Check in is really slow. Parking is not onsite but in a garage near the property. Plus: free laundry service and the room is clean. Don’t recommend staying here since there are better options in the area.

Disappointing stay The Hilton or Trip advisor did a bait and switch on my friends and I this week. I booked and paid for a three bedroom ocean front beach rental for 2 days for a special 70th birthday celebration. At Check In the front desk could not find my reservation even though I had confirmation and proof of payment through my bank. After much arguing they said they would have to contact Trip Advisor to figure things out. After the first 1 1/2 hours of waiting we asked at least for a parking pass so we could have lunch. They would not comply because they said we did not have a reservation!!! I had just proved and provided them my confirmation and payment info. That was not good enough for them!! Front desk clerk was rude to us and said we were not comprehending what she told us and that we ladies were asking her to do something illegal!!! Oh my goodness we only requested someplace to park while they figured everything out with Trip advisor. She then snidely repeated that we wanted her to do something illegal (a temporary parking pass!) to another clerk who was trying to help us!! I am sure they could have given us a parking token or suggestion for parking. When we came back after they said all was okay and that our room was ready. I was handed keys to a city view 3 bedroom. I said Absolutely not because I paid for ocean front and it was a birthday getaway for friends and had booked weeks in advance. Was then told there was nothing they could do about it because it had come thru from Trip Advisor as a City-view, and that they had no ocean front available. Remember I just said that I had confirmation of what I booked fromTrip advisor and payment confirmation from my bank. After another hour or so of arguing with a Manager we were finally given a 2 bedroom and a separate 1 Bedroom Unit on the same floor but not next to each other. They had previously repeatedly told us they had no Ocean front available. I really believe they did not think we would stand up for what is the right thing, and that being we wanted what we had paid for a 3 bedroom Ocean Front rental. Their eventual offer was not what we booked but at this point we had no choice but to take the rooms and no idea at that time who to contact at Trip advisor. The next morning I spend another 1 1/2 hour on the phone trying to find someone to help us at Trip advisor. Trip Advisor offered a 10 percent refund and that was all they would do. I truly believe there is something wrong or shady with booking system with Trip advisor and the Hilton. They both blamed each other. Although Trip advisor did confirm that I had a confirmation from them and that something happened when it was sent to Hilton??!! Don’t know what to believe because both places contradicted themselves many times! All in all it was 5 hours of vacation time wasted! I will never stay at Hilton or book on Trip Advisor again. Oh..and I just found out that I was charged resort fees for both days when the manager of the Hilton Beach Club at VA Beach assured us that because of our inconvenience we wouldn’t be charged!!

Nightmare on 34th Street we paid $700+ for this room which was supposed to be a two bedroom suite. it was two rooms with two keyed doors with a access door from the hall you had to key as well. one room a a small kitchen, a large bath with jacuzzi that didn’t work and a shower that wouldn’t full engage and only provided a trickle of water. the bedroom had a double bed that sagged a lot in the middle forcing your body to lean sideways to the center. the living room offered a pullout bed, but the wad a huge ottoman that had to be moved and it took up any remaining space in the room. Nightmare on 34th St.

It was a mistake to try this hotel My wife called down to the front desk for towels. We then waited an hour for someone to bring them. No one came so I went down to the front desk for them. I was told she would email them. I said I'd just wait there to get them since we already waited an hour. She told me they would not bring them here. They would bring them to the room. So back up I went. Another half hour passed so I went back down to ask again. She said she would email them again. No. I'm going to stand here and wait. At this point we've been sitting in our swimsuits waiting an hour and a half in our $450/night hotel for two towels? She stormed off saying. *I guess I'll just randomly walk around and see if I can find some*. Well guess what, within two minutes she arrived with towels. Slammed them on the counter and as she walked away with her back turned towards me she said HAVE A GOOD DAY. So I made sure to tell her she was ignorant and she shouldn't be doing a job like this. I was told to walk away. As if I'm in high school not a Hilton hotel that I'm paying for. I then got a text from that same individual in response to my complaint. Shouldn't it have been a manager at this point? I asked to speak to one and have yet to hear from them. Never in my life have I ever been treated like this at ANY hotel let alone one for the cost of this one.
