Hilton Vacation Club Oceanaire Virginia Beach

Delightful Dolphins !!!! After a few texts to guest services they got us all set up and boy did we enjoy our stay! Most specifically was the view - we saw 10-15 dolphins every day and they were so playful! Adult pool/hot tub was perfect!

Nice hotel and location Nice suites with functional kitchen ___ great location. Everything seems clean and well-maintained, except one out of two elevators was broken. Check-in process took far too long, I have no idea why, and directions to the parking garage were terrible. Close to all the good restaurants _

Fun before ophelia hit. Clean hotel with great views of the boardwalk and ocean. Staff was friendly. North part of boardwalk with plenty of eating and drinking options near the property. Book an oceanfront room and you won't be disappointed. Free washers and dryers to use so you can pack light. Indoor 21 and over only pool was very nice during the tropical storm to hang out in. North end pizza across the street we patronized 3 times during 6 day stay. Harris Teeter grocery store was about 8 blocks away to stock up on provisions. Lots of music along the boardwalk.

Not worth it! I have been an owner here since 2015 and each year the service gets worse. Since 2022 they keep booking us in a handicap accessible room. No one in the family is handicapped. The room is extra small and everything is low due to being a handicap cap room. When we go to talk to customer service they send us to owners association. Owner associations keeps sending us back to front desk service. No one has a resolution to the problem and everyone blames the previous person. All in all the rooms are not clean, there was a dirty bra from previous guests behind the dresser and dirty towels and trash laying every where in adult pool room. Overall really bad experience. I know someone from Oceanaire will respond to say they want to fix the issue but believe me, they have no intentions of fixing the issues. The customer service is all about lip service and that’s it. I’m hoping this review makes more people aware of their tactics and will help them not make bad decisions by booking here. This is response to below response from owners. They did move me on Monday 8/28, but after dealing with owner services for over a week they are saying we are stuck with that room going forward. No one in the family has special needs. They are taking away from someone who does have special needs and breaking the law. Looks like we will be seeking legal advise against Hilton to get money back and walking away as owners. Like I said before you don’t want to be scammed into becoming an owner here or even booking a few days. Spend your well earned money somewhere else where you will be appreciated

Pleasant stay at the Hilton Oceanaire This property is well located in a nice area of Virginia Beach a few blocks from the Neptune statue. The staff are wonderful. They were all very friendly, efficient, and helpful during our stay. Our studio room was on the small side but came equipped with a nice kitchenette and was very clean and tidy. The side facing balcony provided nice beach and ocean views. This Hilton vacation club property is a bit dated, but generally in very good condition. There are indoor and outdoor pools as well as a nicely equipped fitness center. The beach and boardwalk are mere feet from the property. There are many good dining options within walking distance. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
