Clean and Easy We are traveling for the holidays and needed a quick overnight before a second leg of the trip. We are so tired of the filthy broken down cheap places even if it’s one overnight before traveling on. We decided to spend a little extra, only $20 up from the cheapest and we were not disappointed. It was about 15 minutes from the Chesapeake Bay Bridge in Virginia Beach. It was worth the few extra minutes. Check in was easy and a simple breakfast was included. Checkin was easy.

Fantastic _ Surprised by the low price and the high quality of the room that I received as well as exceptional customer service by every member of this team including the housekeeper whose name I did not get.. Brian off the front desk went above & beyond! He put me on the top floor without being asked; then I wasn't sure if the vending machine gave change for a pop.... so he went to a store and got it for me and didn't want any payment. Just wow! Then he had it delivered to my door by Shelly who was exceptional as well!!! What a team of kindness. You won't get that at the Hyatt or the Hilton across the street. They literally treated me like family! Wonderful job--- a mom and pop feeling is his area is so rare, especially right before Christmas! Many thanks!!!

Friendly and caring staff The room was very clean, and the bed comfortable. I appreciated having pillows with varying lofts so that I could choose the one that makes me most comfortable for sleep. The staff was very courteous, and they checked on me every day to make sure all was well. I've never experienced that anywhere else. I had a late arrival, and they were accommodating for that as well. I highly recommend SureStay.

Enjoyable long-stay at Sure Stay Virginia Beach I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff is helpful and kind, especially Mr. Brian and Josephine, who went out of their way to provide the best service to the guests. The breakfast met my expectations. The room is comfortable, with new furniture, and everything works perfectly. I did encounter an issue with the Wi-Fi, which didn’t work while I was at the hotel. However, I understood it was a peculiar problem specific to my room since it worked in other areas I tested. This didn’t negatively impact my experience during my almost 10-day stay. Congratulations to the staff, and I hope to return on another occasion! Cheers! Wish you all an amazing 2025!!!

Good stay It was nice. The employees were friendly. Hotel close to everything even the broad walk but did not come with the high cost of staying on oceanfront. Only thing I would suggest is probably making the floors smoking rooms. It’s cold outside now, so telling someone they have to go 30 feet away from the building is crazy. Also I would suggest doing some outside work to the building if you wanna stay in competition with the hotels around. Inside the room was beautiful. But no complaints, great stay overall.
