Just fine. i was a little nervous to stay here because of mixed reviews but it was just fine. Good sized room (2nd floor efficiency). Very clean and quiet. No mold, mildew, or bugs. i literally saw someone mopping the floor. We didn’t have problems with others smoking (not allowed in balconies). excellent location on boardwalk. lifeguard stand right outside on a wide beach. coffee is terrible so bring your own (and filters!). more than one car will have to pay for a spot in a public garage 9 blocks away. would stay here again when i just need the basics.

Beautiful room and view! We were really impressed with this hotel! Pics online didnt do our room justice! Exterior a little dated but well worth the money. Room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable! Very clean and well decorated! Staff super friendly! Great view and location!

Item left in room Stay was fine but I had purchased 2 bottles of alcohol and left them in the room. I called as soon as I got home and was told by the front desk that housekeeping had brought it down and they would hold it till I got someone to pick it up. They arrived on Monday to only be told it wasn't there, I have been calling all week and no response from management. I'd be ok if they had told it was thrown away but to tell me it was there and I sent so One to pick it up and they said wasn't there????? This hotel has very poor customer service and for that reason I would never stay there again. I called every day for the last week

Love the location!@ Loved our room with a jacuzz that was over looking the beach and Atlantic Ocean! The pillows and king size bed were comfy. The beach front location was the best! It was great having a mini-fridge and sink in the room too! We would definitely book this place again!

I can’t understand how this has any good reviews. I can’t figure out how people have given this place good reviews. First, all the rooms smell like weed and cigarettes. People are constantly smoking on the balconies so it gets in the rooms easily. The front desk smells just as bad. Second, the toilets barely work. Third, the front desk doesn’t answer when you call because your toilets don’t work and the shower is clogged. This place is awful and I would never stay here again or suggest it to anyone.
