TIME SHARE VACATION SALES BEWARE We are owners, we get treated horrible. Room is never ready, items are always missing. The place has gone downhill despite them sucking every penny they can from the owners. Stains on towels and sheets, bums sleeping in the parking garage with resort blankets, supplies not in the rooms, missing ice machine in freezer, stains on the ceiling, balconies still closed after more than 2 years, plants have been removed from the pool area, pot smoking on the walk ways, managers lying to owners, and leaking ceilings. I woke up at 2 am with water dripping on me in bed!!! Based on the brown stains on the ceilings they already knew the roof leaked but didnt care. DO NOT EVER BUY INTO THESE TIME SHARE/VACATION PROPERTIES - THEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING!!! Renters and exchangers get treated better than the owners. We have been sold twice - the "owners" have no control, no rights, no recourse, no power of any kind. 30 years ago things were okay but we were still cheated - supposed to be owners only. Not true. We are restricted to Sunday to sunday use while renters and exchangers do as they please. Renters destroy our property, break the rules, and owners are left holding the bag. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SALES CHEATS AND RESORT PROPERTY PURCHASES!!! Hilton is currently the owners, we are still getting shafted - dont buy no matter who the big business is!

Needs work Since Hilton bought Turtle Cay, there have been efforts to bring it up to Hilton Standards. THe process has been quite slow.

Relaxing week Ive been coming to Turtle Cay since 2003. It's always a good week. The balcony replacement project seems to be moving slowly and is unsightly at the moment, but it seems the work has been suspended during the busy season so we weren't faced with noise issues. Staff is always pleasant and prompt to supply needs.

no title I don't have time to repeat the whole litany of things that went on. Im back at work today. The front desk has dialouge that took place. I can also share the texts and e messages that were sent should that be helpful. In the future. Turtle Cay has been a great resort to vacation at in the past and I plan to give the organization and staff another go next year.

Not the Turtle Cay we are used to The hotel needs to be severely renovated... we've never seen it this bad. Carpet in room was sticky and dirty, walls in room was cracked, dirty and needed to be painted. There were some broken tile on the floor in the kitchen. Bathroom grout was coming out in between shower Tiles. TV in living room did not work at all. Glass top table was not connected to table and could have slid off and hurt our toddlers. Hotel has just went down hill over the last decade.
