The Westin Athens Astir Palace Beach Resort

The best holidays are called Four Season What a beautiful holiday, the best hotel in Athens, it was a great experience. The best view, the best service, best rooms, top quality of food & beverages. If you want a 10 stars holiday experience; it has to be Astor Palace Four Seasons Hotel.

Not the expected Four Seasons Experience Preferences and details were not remember across the property (my wife is pregnant and has dietary restrictions). Also, had to ask multiple times for a folio and was finally asked to email in. I had indicated I wanted a folio during checkout. Our FHR credit was not clearly indicated. There is also no way to view itemized receipts and details via the app or folio. This creates unnecessary friction in the process. Finally, some of our welcome amenities were not provided or credited properly. The previous point about not being able to see orders via the app or folio made determining this complicated. When I asked the person delivering to the room he told me not to worry and that it was complimentary, but we ended up being charged. On a positive note, staff were kind and welcoming. However we got incorrect directions to Taverna 37 and went to the other side of the resort. Room and complimentary upgrade were nice, but these service discrepancies are not typical of our Four Seasons experiences and do not meet expectations.

A gorgeous resort In a beautiful community Yesterday was my first ever visit to this resort. To say it’s so pretty is an understatement. You can get a very pretty view of the Mediterranean Sea from here. We ate dinner here yesterday. Staff were very polite. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the area

Outstanding property in Athens. First class property and staff We spent 3 days at the Astir Palace. The property is breathtaking and the staff is exceptional. I have been to Athens 5 times and staying anywhere else will be hard to do from here forward.

BEAUTIFUL RESORT HOTEL ON THE SEA! We recently stayed at Four Seasons Astir Palace for 4 nights. The hotel is located 30 minutes outside of Athens center and is magnificent with fabulous views of the sea and beautiful landscaping. Nothing was sparred when building this resort. I corresponded in advance with The Guest Experience Team who were very helpful in planning my stay. We had a luxurious sea view one bedroom suite in the Arion Building with a huge terrace. The décor and furnishings were all of the highest quality. The bedding was of the finest quality and the marble bathrooms were spacious and beautiful. The mini bar drinks are complimentary which is a nice touch. Housekeeping cleaned our suite to perfection 2 x a day. We ate breakfast every morning at Mercato overlooking the sea. There is a buffet and you can then order a la carte. The service was outstanding. We also loved the Lunch venue overlooking the main pools- Helios. The pools are large and beautiful with exquisite views. We reserved a cabana one day by the pool that was a real treat with a sofa, table and chairs. It included drinks, food etc. There is also complimentary ice cream all day by the pool. Be sure to use their huge magnificent Spa and book treatments there. The therapists we had for massages and facials, Emma and Glykeria were excellent. Our favorite restaurant at the hotel was Taverna 37 where we ate twice with lovely views, delicious food and impeccable service. I want to thank all the staff that made our stay so special with their exceptional service. Outdoor Bar by Main Lobby in Arion Buidling: Eugenia/waitress and Gionnis/Supervisor Helios for lunch- Elizabeth/waitress and Manuel the Chef who we had the pleasure of meeting and who creates great food there. Taverna 37- Dimitris, Gregory and Maria Mercato for Breakfast- Chrysanthi, Katerina, Dimitra, and Christina( Manager) Concierge team including Jivan were always helpful. Guest Experience Team- Alexandra who was extra special to us and also Eleni, Melina, Anastasia, Aliki, and Georgia. Also thank you to Mikael Lambotte/Director of Rooms and Alex/Assistant Manager/who assisted with our cabana for the day. There is a reason Forbes Travel Guide rated Four Seasons Astir Palace with 5 stars (their highest rating). We loved our stay there! .
