Another wonderful vacation courtesy of Hilton Grand Vacation We made our first trip to Kingsland on the Big Island of Hawaii during 2008. We have returned to this location every two years with the exception the Covid Years so this was our first time back since 2019. My wife and I love Kingsland and the Big Island more than any other Hawaiian Island. The accommodations and facilities were fantastic as we remembered them. We are already planning our return trip in 2026 but this time instead of spending a week on the island we are going to stay 2 weeks to relax and enjoy ourselves. The Hilton employees at the facility are absolutely fantastic and I can not say enough good about them. On a scale of 1 to 10 I will give them 25. Treat yourself to a wonderful vacation get away and book a trip to Kingsland.,

King's land: you live like a king (or queen) I went here for the day and it was really cool. This is a great place for families of all ages. They have some really cool water slides and nice clear pools. They have a game room and lots of other fun activities too. The food is also really good and there is easy accessible service.

Made me a Marriott guy on this one. Room is the dirtiest I’ve ever been in. Reception was very rude about replacing coffee and made me do all the work to get. On 4th day I found a roach. Have alerted them 3 times and have gotten no help or offers to fix anything. Paid what I think is a lot of money to be here and regret it fully.

Perfect multi generational stay We have stayed on all the islands at different resorts and condos. This is our new number one for us! We stayed further 6 days/5 nights. Free parking close to condo. Easy access to three shopping centers and KTA grocery store is 10 minutes away. Tuesday and Thursday we watched a free mini hula show. The pools are incredible. We used the main pool with four slides, adult pool, and kid’s sandy beach. Plenty of chairs and shade. The 2nd/2 bath was spacious for our group of four. We cooked breakfast each morning and ate fresh papaya we bought at the farmers market. The resort was so relaxing. We drove to A Bay, a perfect shady sandy beach. We also visited 49 Black Sand Beach. We spent one day visiting the Hilton Waikoloa snorkeling in the lagoon and then using the pool. It’s free to visit the Waikoloa. The only hiccup was figuring out getting a towel card and then getting towels from the machine. We will definitely be back.

Uncomfortable stay It was 78F in the room when we arrived and I found this very unpleasant. The aircon was barely cooling the room and operating well below expectations hence the low rating. The temperature in the room was 77F after 2 hours with both ceiling fans turned on. Staff said it will take a while to cool the room which is ridiculous when check-in is at 4pm. The result was we didn’t get a good night’s sleep. The room is also not as spacious as Maui Bay Villas. A cool and comfortable sleep is very important to me when traveling and the experience here was very disappointing.
