Mr Reservation and front desk are terrible. Rather stay at the Grand Wailea where clients are treated better. Staff are rude, nice property but poorly managed. Disappointing at best. I think for the money there are better places to enjoy.

Wonderful stay at this BEAUTIFUL resort This resort is one of the most spectacular hotels we have ever stayed at. It has wonderful views from every location. The pools are gorgeous and my kids really enjoyed the water slides at the Adventure pool. Every single member of staff we encountered was pleasant and kind. We enjoyed the hula lesson and Lei making led by a very lovely lady who's name I didn't catch and Napua. They were both so welcoming and kind. We also made smores one night again with Napua. The outrigger tour we did was one of the highlights of our stay. All these activities were included in the resort fee. Our room was spacious and clean and we didn't want for anything. Food at the Kapa Grill, Whales Tale and MO Betha Food Truck was excellent.

Good, but not great Stayed there for 5 nights. Paid a lot for the room. The property itself is fine. Good location and good layout and the kids pool is fun. The issue we had was service. Not sure if it's COVID related but for the money spent, the service was at best average. I am giving 4 and not a 3 because I am hoping this is COVID related. Service seemed disorganized and slow. Staff seemed off and disinterested, as if going through the motions. I hope things will improve. PS. All restaurants are booked a month in advance so book early or get a Doordarsh account.

Golden Hour Photo Shoot turned Surprise Proposal I booked Blinnk for a golden hour photo shoot that turned into a surprise engagement. I worked with Noah on the plan to do the proposal and he was absolutely fantastic. He had a plan, helped me keep my nerves in order before I popped the question, and was very engaging. This was an awesome photo shoot made special by Noah and his excellence. The Blinnk team also surprised us with a special video the next day. This was easily one of the best decisions that I have made in my life (outside of asking my girlfriend to marry me).

Resort was so wonderful we didn't want to leave to explore the island This resort has everything. It is the nicest resort that we have ever stayed at. Ocean views, free outrigger, lei making and hula classes included with the resort fee, yummy flavored water, infinity pools that overlook the ocean, beaches, even a Starbucks. We were so pleased with this place that we didn't want to leave the pool. Also, insider tip, they give you a free lei when you arrive and have a locker room to use if you have a late flight. It was awesome!
