Horrible experience Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Took forever to check in despite no one being here, pool was closed but no one bothered to refresh the website. We booked two rooms and both were missing basic bedding, went down to front desk, he told me no quilts were available but returned 10 minutes later with “what can I do?” I said “refund me.” He then went to the office and gave me a blanket.

Great nights sleep I’ve stayed at this property multiple times. It’s in a great location, near shops and restaurants as well as a Wawa or 7-11 for late night snack. The staff has always been friendly and inviting. All current COVID regulations and guidance are being followed.

JUST ALRIGHT We stayed here for one night because the weather was too bad to drive home. Our room was just ok....the closet cabinet was loose and every time we walked on a particular place on the floor, it would make a loud noise. We told the front desk about what was going on and the danger if it fell...they acted as if it did not matter and did not even suggest another room???

Great staff My boyfriend and I were in town for a baby shower. We were greeted with great customer service by the young man up front named Jordan. He was knowledgeable about the area and even helped us find somewhere to eat. The room was nice and comfortable. I absolutely loved the happy hour in the hotel. It's a great location for us to unwind after a long day of travel. I must say over all the staff definitely made the stay very pleasant . They were all very friendly, welcoming and did all they could to assist with anything we needed. The Starbuck’s in the hotel was perfect as well.

Yuck Dirtiest courtyard ever! Tired property. Food on the floor in the elevator. Bread crumbs under the fitted sheet. Felt crinkles as I climbed in bed. Pulled back the fitted sheet to find crumbs. Outlets next to the bed will not hold the plugs for iPhone. They fall out of the wall. Noisy AC/heat unit next to window. Front desk service employees were very kind. Terrible location.
