Horrible What hotel doesn’t have enough covers for each room! Property looked a mess! Refused to give me a refund so I could go somewhere else! No parking!

Stay away… This hotel was so disappointing spending $150 to not have a TV or wastebasket in the from. The receptionist refused to give me a refund by the time I got to my room I must’ve had a contact high from all the crack and weed smoke lingering in the hallways.

Premium price, basic experience This was a premium priced room for a very non premium experience. Lumpy pillows, saggy mattress and very few options for breakfast. Wyndham blew it with this one. Staff was pleasant, but that wasn't quite enough to make up the other deficiencies.

Awful dirty loud... Was dirty loud. Someone doing a line of coke in parking lot. Awful. I should have slept in my car. Hair in tub, old food in fridge, Hallway and room smelled like a marajuana factory.

May 2024 conference trip I stayed at the Baymont by Wyndham Walker in May 2024 with two students to attend a conference in Grand Rapids. The hotel was reasonably priced (much more so than the official conference hotel downtown), clean, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. We arrived at midnight and the night clerk was friendly and efficient at getting us checked in. Check out was very smooth as well. It was pretty easy to get from the hotel to downtown Grand Rapids for the conference--I think it was about a 10-15 minute drive. The only critiques I have are that the free breakfast was a bit lackluster (cereal, toast, and rubbery waffles) and the parking lot was pretty crowded. We were always able to find a place to park but often there were only 1-2 spots open. But these are pretty minor issues considering that the hotel met all the real requirements we had at a decent price.
