Nice place to stay Being between homes right now it has been a really nice place to stay the have been very helpful and worked with us and our stay. They are very friendly people here

Ok, but probably not again for us Biggest complaint - you are on the main drag and will hear a lot of emergency vehicles. But you have easy access to a variety of food choices and stores. Complaint on housekeeping - we were in town for a funeral so we were going to be in and out. First, we were told the room would be available at 3. We arrived around 5:30, after a long day of travel, and they were still cleaning the rooms! We decided to get dinner then and come back. Secondly, we put the “do not provide housekeeping” sign on the door. We came back from a quick morning visit with family and the curtain was opened. We each thought the other did it. Next morning, 6 am, we realized housekeeping had come in and had taken all the dirty towels and did not replace them! (And that was why the curtain was open) The desk chair was broken but once we mentioned it to the desk manager, it was replaced.

Excellent Stay I was welcomed in with a great smile when I arrived to check in. The staff member was friendly and was fast at getting my key card to my room. I was informed of the breakfast time, where to go for breakfast, and the checkout time. The staff member was very friendly and professional and that is why I love staying at the Batmount.

roaches in the bed upon check in maybe 390 minutes in i saw the first roach on the door. then they came out from everywhere like an army of roaches. i have yet been refunded from priceline because they say that the hotel did not autorize the refund. i have now involved corporate wyndham and priceline

OK for overnight stay Once we got past the lady of the evening who thought my husband was there for her before seeing that he was there with his family, it was fine. The room was fine. The shower curtain had the same thickness, and efficacy, as single-ply toilet paper and kept sliding down on the poorly installed shower curtain rod. We opted not to eat breakfast at the hotel and grabbed something on our way to our destination. Overall, it was fine for an overnight stop on our way to Disney.
