Reconsider! I'm here now at the hotel. So many things to say ... 1) the most important that I wish I knew before booking... This hotel appears to have low income, homeless or immigrants living here. I'm not sure but I know many hotels are doing this now to try to fill up rooms and this hotel is doing this . There are people I've seen here that are scary. Period. Considering I'm paying $200 / night for a 2 room suite, this is very disturbing. 2) they charged me for 2 nights but we're only staying 1 night. I'm heading to the desk shortly. Wish me luck . 3) the rooms are filthy. My daughter is freaked out. We're here with our twin grandbabies and they cannot take their shoes off. It's just old, dirty and musty smelling, like someone had smoked in the room previously. The floor is gross and corners gave dead bugs, and the entrance to the room is filthy. I just kept telling my daughter we're only going to sleep here and then we're leaving. 4) you cannot get in to your room before 4. Period. They won't even look to see if there's a room open. We arrived at 230 pm, waited on the lobby for about 45 minutes and then the lady called me over. We had our grandbabies watching cartoons so I think it just drove her crazy enough to get us in a little early. Note.. they have an option that you can pay $15 more to get in at noon. We didn't need to arrive so early so I didn't take advantage of that and I guess I made a mistake. 4) the pool didn't open until 4pm..kind of a weird time to open. Not that we were going in. There are very very rude teenagers here that we weren't comfortable being around. They were calling us names as we walked to our room and were following us. 5) the layout of their 2 bedroom is very very nice. If it was clean and safe this really could be a nice place.

Disappointing This place was very dirty, our room was not clean and very dusty. There were no cleaning services during our three night stay here. We had to take dirty towels down to the front desk to get clean ones. We also had no blanket for the pull out bed, they were out of them. It appears many people actually live here. Room also had a funky smell to it and lighting was poor.

Wonderful experience; great hotel. My family and I (there were 30+ of us) stayed at the hotel 7/28/22 - 7/30/22. We were in town for a family event. The hotel was clean and inviting and the staff (from the GM on down) was excellent ... helpful, friendly, courteous and efficient. They bent over backwards to accommodate our requests. Keke was especially nice as was Katie, the manager. Room was clean and comfortable, and the free breakfast was excellent.

Don’t stay here everything is terrible and dirty Terrible hotel, manager was very rude, rooms was extremely dirty, toilet was with a big stain of dirt, carpet was vacuum, kitchen covers were dirty we found a make up bag that it was not mine to the point that we left the hotel to stay and different one and they didn’t want to give me the money back because we were there for an hour, customer service was something that a have experienced in any other hotel, don’t stay here by any chance

Not what I was expecting! A little over-priced. Gave the "hood vibes" feel. You can tell only a surface cleaning was done, nothing deep or major. Torn curtains, dirty sheets seemed like they should keep the apartment vibe going verses suites.
