The worst experience. Not worth the amount of money. I wouldn’t recommend Checked in at 3:30 check in was for 4pm. My room wasn’t available until 6pm. I was left to figure things out in my own. Amber the first shift manager was great with understanding my situation. Other than her I have nothing good to say about this place.

30th Wedding Anniversary Trip One Word FANTASTIC! We enjoyed are stay and don't forget to visit the Art Gallery, we will be back to stay again! Also, Hartford Hill Winery is a short 17 minute drive.

Beatiful place, horrible food Beautiful property! Some things about this place is the food- its just not good. Everywhere you go its the same menu. The menu options are weird and don't make sense to be all on one menu. I ordered the fish tacos and the fish was like rubber. There was so much slaw it was a turn off. The ribs didn't tase like they were cooked long enough and were tough. The baked beans- i don't even know what was in them. My husband did enjoy the club sandwich. You have an amazing opportunity to make each outlet their own and your totally missing the mark. Gatsby's looked great but it was not open when we were there. The chophouse was amazing!!! That's the only place we will eat when we go back. Another thing that I was surprised about is you can smoke at the outdoor pool bar and adult pool- this is a huge turn off

Great pool and Roman bath! We spent our anniversary here to enjoy the pool and Roman bath. The wait staff brought us drinks and food in our cabana. We just relaxed and enjoyed everything!

Reservations Fraud I was double booked or bumped and never notified. Upon arrival I was informed I booked a different room. Really? An avid traveler like myself? So instead of taking some ownership, they did nothing with the rate and didn't even upgrade me. They said I made the mistake at booking. I even ended up paying more for a regular King room than I would have for my originally booked two room suite. This hotel is for profit, not customer. Check your email confirmation closely and save a copy somewhere. They keep date and price the same but change the room type on you. They even retracted my email confirmation so I didn't have proof going forward.
