Restful night Victoria was very helpful and kind! Thank you for all your help! We had been on the last night of a two week long vacation. When we arrived, we were tired and exhausted from the long drive. We asked Victoria if she could try to find a room that might be quieter. She took the time to try her best to find a room. We had the quietest night!

Great 5 star review Victoria at the front desk welcomed me and my family and upgraded our room for us so we would be more comfortable! She explained how the facilities worked for the laundry because we had to download an app. There were barbecue grills out front so me and my family could barbeque outside and enjoy our stay even more!

Excellent Service Victoria was an extremely pleasant lady! She was kind and helped us out throughout our stay! The room was very clean and very welcoming! Victoria answered an explained every question we had from the laundry facilties app to the workout machines!

Would NOT recommend. Managed poorly Room wasn’t completely cleaned. FD apologized but didn’t compensate or make right. Ironing board was left out. Roomed smelled like body odor. Coffee was left in pot. No blankets on beds. Had to obtain. Noisy parking lot and hallways. Phone didn’t work. Door handle didn’t work well. Shower didn’t work well. Front desk usually busy with people complaining but they were very good making excuses.

Fair experience. Great location. Kitchen was well equipped. Price was reasonable. There was a recliner and one desk chair so 2 could not eat at the peninsula at the same time. Only one side of the bed had a table and light. There was no tissue. The laundry machines didn’t work well. Desk clerk saved me.
