Spectacular Staff, Great Stay Stayed at this property while in town for a wedding. All of the staff were friendly and service focused, from the front desk to housekeeping (and the property was busy)! The property was well maintained as well. Great job, Hampton Inn, Doylestown!

Good stay in Warrington (not really Doylestown) I stayed here in late February, but haven't reviewed until now. I am a Hilton Diamond member, and as such I enjoy staying at different properties across the portfolio. My travels took me to this area, so this Hampton fit the bill. Also this place has rooms with a jetted tub (whirlpool), which is good therapy for my back issues. Upon arrival I found the woman at the front desk to be friendly and helpful. I had already checked in online the day before, but for some reason it didn't let me choose my room. So I had to stop at the front desk. I picked up my complimentary water and snacks while there. The room was certainly comfortable. There was plenty of space to spread out. The whirlpool was comfortable and easy to use. The bathroom had ample counter space for my toiletries, and no issues with hot water. My only nit was that the remote would not put the TV on. I had to find and reboot the box and then it worked. I got a good night of sleep. Enjoyed breakfast in the morning, and then was on my way. Overall the property comes recommended.

Try another hotel This Hampton needs work. The manager, Andrew Brailsford, never contacted me after I showed photos to the front desk employee of our room and asked her to have him call me. The lobby of this hotel looks nice but Room 500 should be avoided. No clock in room, safe didn't work, tub finish was rubbed off and the smell of a wet dog couldn't be covered up with my Febreze spray or perfume. We had to shove a towel under the room door to block out the light from the hallway. Inserted in our room key packet was a note stating that room refreshes only occur upon request 24 hours in advance. How about you refresh my room unless I ask you not to? We didn't plan on staying another night but they should be refreshing rooms if you stay multiple nights. Do better Hampton Inn.

The wedding stay from hell I think it’s funny how every other bad review gets a response besides mine - I was RACIALLY PROFILED , at this location on my WEDDING WEEKEND! - all I was sent was $200 check of “shut me up money”, I have issued several complaints and have yet to hear back from a general manager - in the response from an agent I spoke to at Hilton read to me the response given by the general manager , that never called me stating it was a misunderstanding, and I wasn’t clear why I was there! Front desk manager was rude , dismissive and racist after spending thousands on rooms for my wedding weekend… disgusted do not stay here

Poorly Run Hotel That Puts Their Customers At Risk! Poorly run hotel. General manager was rude to an elderly woman with a cane who had trouble getting into her room. Made her come back to the lobby 3 times without ever helping her. Told her there was nothing wrong with her key (although he never looked). Gave us a room that was already occupied. Moved us to a new room and the shower door opened while you were in the shower. My husband got hurt and no one cared. I had to bring it to their attention AGAIN the next day. They told me that it was going to take over a week to get a bracket and they could put me in a smaller room (it was my anniversary, why would I want a small room). They do not tell you but there is no maid service unless you schedule it 2 days in advance because they have no help. The girl that works in the breakfast area hides in the back and plays on her phone rather than refilling the items in the breakfast area. This is one job, no matter what hotel you go to, where the employees never stop working. Not here though. Another customer was complaining to us in the elevator that his door was falling off the hinges and nobody would fix it or even look at it. The General manager must be related to the owners because every employee I spoke with to try to get some help, hated him. I do not have any faith that they put 511 out of service until they can fix the door which poses a safety risk to the customers. I am still waiting to hear back from the owners about my stay. Crickets today. I am sure that I will never hear from them. I stayed here because of the good reviews. Be aware, this is the reality!
