Extended Stay America Suites Providence Warwick

A nice place to stay Was so glad that I was able to book two rooms at this hotel at the last minute. My parents and I were at another hotel for a night and it was really bad. Since we got in at 1:30 am, we had to stay there for the one night. I immediately went looking for another location and found this Extended Stay. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The appliances were on the older side, but still functional and clean. Very happy after the previous night!

Worst hotel ever This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I have never staying in such a dirty and disgusting hotel. Employees were rude, the general manager is very rude and not helpful. I had to move rooms three times (1st time- bed was old; 2- cockroaches in bathroom; 3- cockroaches in room). Homeless people with garbage left in the hallways. I checked out a day earlier due to cockroaches in room. I also had to complain ever night because my neighbours were smoking marijuana in room and playing music all night long. Nothing was every resolved. It was one of the worst experiences. I filed a formal complaint to head office regarding this hotel's sanitation, the standards of this hotel and the rudeness of the staff. Nothing was even offered to compensate for one month of a complete nightmare. I did not feel safe at all in this hotel. The overnight front desk staff would close themself in the back room and sleep every night. No one was there to monitor the front doors and anyone was able to come in. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially to women who will be staying here alone.

Not Great @ All.. Terrible Experience. Stayed for a few weeks. They literally ran out of tissue, kleenex, dog treats for a WEEK. Also, their Internet-Wi-Fi was seriously broke also for a whole week. The staffs excuse was always "Sorry" & they're trying to fix things as soon as possible. Unbelievable. To lose Internet for a week at a Hotel?? Crazy

Thank Cassandra your wonderful Awesome experience had a few issues and the front desk lady was awesome. Thank Cassandra. All in all great experience so far. Will be here for at least another 6 weeks but maybe longer in the future. The laundry room was clean as well as a well maintained exterior.

Completely met expectations The facility and the room were clean and comfortable and everything worked. Stephanie was especially friendly and helpful on check-in and check-out. There was not much to the grab-and-go breakfast--brewed regular coffee and only Sanka as decaf, oatmeal packets and hot water, packaged muffins and granola bars. Located a bit off the beaten path and not readily accessible to I-95, but that was fine with us. Sturdy luggage carts with extra hanging hooks were better than at most hotels.
