Best nights sleep Super pocky traveler and was concerned when I saw the mixed reviews. DO NOT WORRY. This hotel was wonderful. Clean rooms and a great breakfast. Everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend The ceiling fans over the bed were a great touch. Thank you

Wonderful stay- exceeded our expectations My family and I are doing a trip down the East Coast and roadtrip frequently so we have stayed in our share of hotels. Homewood suites in Warwick has by far been the best hotel we have stayed in. It’s clean (no weird smells), the breakfast is wonderful, the rooms were spacious and comfy. The from desk gal was so sweet. It was a breath of fresh air. Thankful for the good night sleep we got before we hit the road again!

Disappointed This hotel is so disappointing from the musty room to the parking fee everything falls short. The wifi barely works and only some of the tv channels come in clearly. The cleanliness is questionable and rooms are oddly dates with random upgrades. As if they half renovated it. The $10 per night parking fee after you have checked in is in such poor taste. Add it to the room if you have to but It seems like a desperate after thought. It is 2024 and the rate for the rooms is not cheap by any means. How do they fail to hit even the easiest of marks. If you can stay anywhere else you should.

Homewood Suites - 3 star at best First, I’m a 300 night per year business traveler. I always take reviews with a grain of salt. I am a lifetime diamond Hilton rewards member and rarely review anyone. I give it a 3 because of the staff being so friendly. Your employees are your best asset and front line to a positive or negative experience. The hotel rooms are dated (I heard remodeled) but I was in room 202. I found trash from previous stays, lotion dispenser literally torn off the wall when I checked into the room and a musty smell in the rooms. I realize older hotels might have this but for $185 a night and a $10 fee to park (which as a diamond member should be free I would think) I would and should have stayed at the Nylo down the street. It was $50 less per night. I would suggest a complete overhaul on all rooms. I stay in hotels every week of every year. I’m sorry to report this was not one of my favorite stays but it was only one night.

100% satisfied I have been here several months on a work assignment. I have found nothing but friendly helpful staff, prompt maintenance response, and cleanliness throughout the entire hotel( lobby, pool, hot tub, gym, halls and rooms). There is a full free hot breakfast and a great Wednesday night social with local seasonal food and drinks. The parking lot is clean, level, and feels safe. I would recommend this place to family and friends without hesitation.
