Skyline Suite Needs Updating We stayed for five days in July and booked the skyline suite with the private balcony. The room itself was grossly underwhelming. From the pull out couch mattress being dirty and unusable to the dents in furniture (looked like someone tried to punch a hole in the table), stained lampshades, tired rugs. There were no pads for the outside furniture and when I asked for some I was told they were replacing it soon and they were missing. The lights stayed on the outside patio 24/7 and there was no way to darken the main room or the bedroom. The ac unit leaked all over the turf on balcony and made so much noise it kept the three of us awake at night. There is no privacy in the bathroom as the walls don't go up to the ceiling and the sink is so small it is as laughable as when we asked for bedding and were brought 16 pillow cases. I made a comment to the front desk about the room and he said it was always booked so they didn't have a chance to redo it yet. Please take a minute to upgrade these rooms. The photos were deceiving and we overpayed for the best room in the house. Location is great, food and drinks were decent, outside area lovely.

Great experience! Great experience! Very short stay for us but definitely recommend! Staff was friendly and welcoming. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! Loved the industrial vibe, and we had a great size room. Great location as well! We will be back!

So much fun ... This hotel is a gem. Staff are amazing and the space has been reimagined from an old Fruit of The Loom factory. Wonderful energy on the canal with an amazing outdoor space. Close to some great restaurants and in a very historic area, we were pleasantly surprised by the style and attention to detail at this hotel.

Good, hopeful it could be great We had a few housekeeping issues, but the front desk was responsive in addressing them, and we enjoyed the quiet and scenic location, unusual room setup, and amazing breakfast and restaurant staff. We would stay here again, hopeful to bump it up to 5 stars

Disappointing Sink faucet was broken, not repaired for a full day. Bathroom door out of adjustment, never repaired. Shower floor is spongy and was a significant slip/fall risk. Requested towels never delivered as promised, had to go to desk and demand. All brought repeatedly to staff attention (in person and via app) and they seemed indifferent. Very disappointed as a long term Hilton customer.
