Several issues make it unsuitable for business traveler I needed a long-term hotel for family matters, yet I had to work while I was away. This hotel is not suitable for business travel. There is no dedicated work station. You have to work at the raised island that double as dining surface, and the chairs are too low. Also, the wifi didn't show as secure. The first room I was given smelled like weed. I later found out that the HVAC system is connected, so if your neighbor smokes, you likely will smell it. Even though the hotel is billed as nonsmoking, residents don't always go to the designated smoking areas. I witnessed people smoking right outside their rooms with the door open. Often when I went into my room, it smelled musty and weedy. As for the HVAC system, it was difficult to adjust. My first night, the maintenance supervisor was called to adjust it because the staff did not know how to do it. The cable was in-and-out, making it frustrating to watch TV. The light for the microwave over the stove was broken. It wouldn't go off. So the maintenance person removed the bulb and over three weeks, never fixed the problem. I could tell when it was raining because of a dripping sound on the insert of the gas fireplace. The fireplaces were not working, but there also seemed to be some sort of leak that allowed water to drip on the metal top of the fireplace insert. Overall, the description of the facility was not an accurate depiction. I did try to find another extended-stay hotel, but the only other option was booked on dates I needed a room. As for the positives, Maria who ran the breakfast room was tremendous. She treated each person as though they were a guest. She made me waffles when it wasn't waffle day. Agnes at the front desk was responsive to my concerns. And the towels were pretty good.

Don't go here. Ppl live at this hotel and the front desk ppl are not nice. waste of money and my time. The room was clean. But we went to the pool on Feb 21 it was cloudy and the hot tub was ice cold. Tiles missing from the pool on the side. Went down on Thurs at Noon to go swimming with granddauther Lady at the front desk said pool was closed for treatment it would be a couple of hours. Well 5 hours later pool open still cloudy and the showers in the mens and womens bathroom had not hot water at all. Also there are bunch of familes and ppl living there/ Why no treat the pool at night when it is closed. The older lady at the front desk was not very nice at all. Please don;t spend your money at this hotel. It was school break want the grandchild to go swimming.

Never again ! Went to the Sonesta to enjoy the pool & hot tub had family in town with children , upon arrival I was given a very hard time checking in the safe was very slow and the Indian man up front took forever on the phone walking back and forth leaving me to stand there. Our family got to the pool and the jacuzzi all the adults planned to use was ICE COLD …… the next day the woman at the front desk tried to kick out our children out of the pool when we were in the restroom because they “ weren’t attended “ even tho we were using the facilities inside the pool area ILL NEVER GO BACK ! And the horrid blood stains on the pull out couch were alarming!

Do not stay here!! Should be closed by the board of health.!! In August of 2023 we booked a block of rooms. After several of our guests checked in they checked back out and went to another hotel because the rooms were so bad. This is what was found in many of the rooms: Bugs on the curtains, mold in the tub and on the ceilings throughout the rooms. Cigarette holes on the sheets, or the sheets were dirty, many of the rooms smelled of dampness and cigarettes, and had wet carpets. Paint was peeling and the bathroom doors didn’t shut. They advertise to have pull out sofa beds but there may no mattress on it! Apparently the long term residents are allowed to have pets, so animal feces are littered among the property grounds. It appears it is being used as a homeless shelter. Don’t ask to speak to a general manager, there isn’t one!

False advertising!! The room smelled like dog piss, couldn’t get bath towels, out door table covered in red paint, non existent clean personnel trash everywhere, pool covered in algae. For a hotel in their busy season, there’s no excuse.
