Excellent service, location, and food - would like some different pillows Lovely hotel - spacious and clean. The Lady Madison bar is a highlight - great cocktails, wonderful service from Abdul - he is so kind and funny - and chef David makes an excellent midnight flatbread! My only comment I would like to see more pillow variety; but I know that’s personal preference. Overall would return and a super convenient location!

Hotel restaurant The service from Abdul was great. He was always helpful, quick, super friendly and always saw immediately if anything was missing. This made it very pleasant to eat at the hotel restaurant. The food was also great - we can highly recommend eating here. Thank you very much.

Service quality Hello! We had a good time dining at this restaurant, it was one of the better in - hotel dining experiences we’ve had. The food was very nice. Our server for the night Abdul, was very hospitable and efficient. Abdul was really cool and had a great personality.

Abdul’s the Best! What truly stood out staying here was the warm and engaging service. The bar tender made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was memorable. If you're staying at The Madison, do yourself a favor and visit the bar. Ask for Abdul, you won’t be disappointed. A true asset to the hotel!

Really happy hour Abdul provided exceptional service during happy hour tonight. Despite the busy atmosphere, his attentiveness made it feel as though my table was the center of his focus. I thoroughly enjoyed his prompt and skillful service! What a pleasant experience!
